Hey everyone,
I just started to be determined at gettig bigger. Lol I have done some stretching and jelqing before for a few weeks at a time then stopped and lost alot if not all gains just because of lack of determination and lack of knowledge knowing that allgains are not permanent... But I start now. Length of 5.5( biggest I've been is 6) and girth of 5.5 ( biggest I've measured is 5.75) my goal is 7x7 or bigger.. I'm all about working to get past genetic barriors and creatingthe body I want me to have. Thanks to all that follow.

Hey bro, welcome to the Gym! Since you're new the best thing is to hop onto doing a preset routine that typically helps most newbies acheive fairly quick gains! And since you're going for length and girth then stick to JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine it is the most balanced routine for length and girth. And having 7" girth is HUGE bro! Most girls have trouble handling 5.5 girth, but if that's what you want then go for it, who am I to say don't have 7" girth? Just don't come around where I live hehe

Anyways man, the secret to gaining and getting that monster dick you've always dreamed of is all attainable just as long as you keep up with consistency, starting a progress log was a step in the right direction! Hopefully you'll keep up with it and update, because I'll be following!
