    Had to start a new progress log due to recent fault on the website.

    Split JPs up into length and girth so I do length (stretches) in morning and girth (jelqs) in evening. I also do bathmate with girth routine going in full flaccid for 2 x 4 mins working up to 3 x 5 mins. Do kegels mon, wed, fri and edging tues and thurs. 5 on/2 off.

    Had positive PIs over weekend, shaft looking veiny and had a nice flaccid hang. I slipped up and masturbated to porn tonight and totally regretted it after but I've noticed that I don't even like ejaculating to porn anymore. My ejaculation on Thursday without porn and after edging was so much better than watching porn tonight. Should be easier going forward to stay away from porn. First workout of the week tomorrow so will update then.

    The following is a workout list so any progression can be identified and it will make it easier to see what routine I was on when I made the most gains.

    Workout List:

    Length 1 (18/02/2019 - Ongoing)

    Warm Up - 10 mins with infrared heat lamp
    Helicopter Shakes - Perform before every directional stretch and one more after the last rotating stretch
    Directional Stretches - In order left, right, straight, up, down performed after helicopter shakes, 5x25 sec working up to 5x60 sec.
    Rotating Stretches - 10 to the left and 10 to the right performed after every directional stretch
    Warm Down - 6 mins with infrared heat lamp

    Girth 1 (04/03/2019 - Ongoing)

    Warm Up - 5 mins in hot shower
    Bathmate - Going in with flaccid and starting at 2 x 4 mins working up to 4 x 5 mins by adding 1-2 mins in total per week.
    Wet Jelqs - 3 x 50 supersetted with V-Jelqs
    V-Jelqs - 3 x 30 supersetting with Wet Jelqs
    Warm Down - 5 mins in hot showers

    Kegels 1 (25/02/19 - 24/04/2019) -
    Effective routine but stopped for a while due to lack of time and I want to focus on fitness first. I may just kegel through the day but will definitely start this again in a few months

    Edging (18/02/2019 - Ongoing)

    Started on 15 mins per session and working up to 45 mins, 2x per week at the moment. Might increase days in the future. I don't plan on ejaculating unless I get blue balls that are too much to handle.

    Positive PIs all weekend and a nice flaccid today with smooth skin (maybe because I don't wash off the jelq serum after my girth routine anymore)

    Kegels 1 (morning) - Had a decent workout but still struggling with front reverse kegels

    Length 1 - Good workout but struggled getting erections when I was trying to stretch, seem more sensitive.

    Girth 1 - Warmed up with shower, still getting a nice hang. I can't even remember the last time I turtled properly. The first set of Bathmate was successful. The 2nd set not so much, I was struggling to get the suction and I was losing water, managed to sort it in the end but wasn't as good as Fridays session, pumped to 7.5" for both sets. Jelqs were good, stayed at around 70-80 % EL for most of the workout. I have some minor red spotting and a black spot after this session, will closely watch PIs and if black spots keep recurring, will decrease intensity. Warmed down and applied jelq serum post workout.

    Kegels 1 (night) - Completed kegel routine. Front RKs were slightly better, still struggle with feeling the muscle.

    Completed everything today and had positive PIs so looks like the routine is right intensity for now.

      Positive PIs - Woke up with morning wood then had a nice flaccid later.

      Length 1 - Stretching felt good and felt some slight fatigue for the first time. Forgot to warm down, hopefully it won't make much of a difference.

      Girth 1 - Very impressed with my flaccid recently. Warmed up and looked heavy and veiny. Hope this transfers to erections. First session of bathmate was good, 4 mins full flaccid. 2nd set was again 4 mins full flaccid, struggled with this set due to suction but got there in the end. Jelqing session was good, could feel fatigue along my shaft. Warmed down and good post workout PIs.

      Edging - Completed 15 mins of edging. Had some mild turtling post-workout, I usually do with edging though. Came close to climax about 2 times.

      Successful day, feeling good that I'm keeping up with the workouts

        Positive PIs - Nice flaccid, balls have lifted up probably because I've ejaculated for 3 days straight. Definitely not good and going to try and quit altogether, if not then minimize to once a week at most.

        Kegels 1 (morn) - Completed but struggled with front rk again.

        Length 1 - Stretches were successful. Had to pause a few times as kept getting hard.

        Girth 1 - Had an awesome session. Fixed the no suction problem with Bathmate, I was forgetting to close the valve after each pump. 1st session, pumped to 7.5" 4 mins. 2nd session, pumped to 7.7" 4 mins. Finished with jelqs, kept getting hard so had to wait for it to settle down, awesome PIs before and after.

        Kegels 1 (night) - Completed kegels, could feel a slight tug when doing front rk and need a pee afterwards. Progress right?

        Sex drive is driving me nuts today. Keep squirming and can't sit still. Hope blue balls don't start soon. Not even been 24 hours since my last ejac either.

        Positive PIs all day, less red spotting during girth workout so think I'm ready to add 1 min to bathmate next week.

          I'm back!!

          Was feeling stressed so went to stay at families for a bit. I've had 4 rest days but only 2 of those were PE days anyway so I ain't missed much. Will start again tomorrow.

          PIs have been positive with spontaneous erections and can still see more veins along my shaft.

          Will update tomorrow.

            Kegels 1 (morning) - Completed the workout. Felt like I needed to pee with front rk but still can't feel the muscle.

            Length 1 - Mild turtling before session. Had good elasticity but flaccid girth seems to be less than before. Achieved a decent stretch despite this but had some mild turtling post workout. Probably because I haven't taken my supplements or done any workouts in 4 days. Flaccid should hopefully improve again in the next few days, will keep an eye on PIs.

            Girth 1 - Completed 2 x 4.5 mins in the bathmate with flaccid. Pumped to 7.2" on the 1st set and 7.6" on the 2nd set. Had discoloration after both sets which disappeared after jelqs and had some red spotting. Completed jelqs routine. Had a pumped flaccid post workout.

            Kegels 1 (night) - Completed kegels, not much to report on this.

            So started off with poor PIs (turtling) and ended the night with good PIs which shows that I shouldn't have missed the last 2 days last week. Think my penis can handle 5 days on and 2 off, this gives me the best PIs throughout the week.

            I need to start doing some extensive research into front rk before next week and begin to strengthen the muscle. I can't progress to Level 0: Sub-level 0.2 until I successfully complete a full week of the level I'm on now which includes successfully performing 20 front rks. If I move on to the next sub-level then I will struggle too much completing the workout.

              Had some turtling on and off. Might be due to temps or other reason cause after a few shakes it stretches out again. I had morning wood this morning too.

              Length 1 - Completed... Achieved a good stretch and felt fatigue along the shaft.

              Girth 1 - Oh my days, the pump I got in this workout. Flaccid is good again so it must not have liked 4 straight days off. Pumped in bathmate to 7.5" for 4.5 mins on 1st set and 7.75" for 4.5 mins on 2nd set. Completed jelqing exercises then warm down shower and had monstrous flaccid hang with bulging veins. Pulled my pants up and could see the thing dangling between my pants and leg. More workouts like this please!

              Edging - Completed 15 mins with ejaculation to finish.

              PIs are awesome tonight.... thick and heavy flaccid, good EQ, veiny shaft and what might look like small length and girth gains. I've heard people saying that it's better to do the full workout in 1 session for maximum effect so I'm going to start do it in the morning or afternoon and keep eye on PIs, if I don't respond well I can go back to morning and night sessions.

                Awesome PIs today... Decided that I will stick to length in morning and girth at night. PIs are good and seems to be working so why change it?

                Kegels 1 (morn) - Completed ... Still nothing with front rks but the other kegels I could feel a stronger tug of the pelvic floor.

                Length 1 - Completed ... was pumped before, during and after workout.

                Girth 1 - Pumped to 7.4" on 1st set of bathmate and 7.75" on 2nd set ... Jelqs were a bit crap cause I'm tired and couldn't maintain erection level.

                Kegels 1 (night) - Completed

                Had good PIs all day

                  Taking today off as I'm super tired and probably won't have a good workout. Will make up for it tomorrow and Saturday so this week I would have done 3on/1off/2on/1off.

                  Also lost control and ejaculated twice today. On a plus note PIs have been good.

                    Length 1 - Completed!!! ... Had a good workout and felt a nice tension. Flaccid had good elasticity and was pumped post-workout.

                    Girth 1 - Completed!!! ... Bathmate 2 x 4.5 mins. Pumped to 7.7" on 1st set and 7.75" on 2nd set. Still need to beat 7.75" to get a new record. Had a good jelqing session, felt a mild ache. Had major red spotting so will keep an eye on other PIs. Flaccid was huge post-workout.

                    Kegels 1 (night) - Completed!!!

                    Overall had a successful PE day, had some minor turtling at times but a few shakes and was back to normal. Probably due to the cold and not drinking enough, need to drink more water!!!

                      That concludes 4 weeks of training. Measurement day on Monday but not expecting gains as still conditioning. Any gains are a bonus. Overall PIs have been pretty good so for now my workout is doing its job. Will start 2x5 mins in the bathmate from Monday. Rest day tomorrow!!!

                          Okay so I've been researching and practicing front reverse kegels so I'm just leaving this note for myself and others who may be interested, hoping someone experienced can comment and see if I'm doing it right.

                          So past few weeks I've been doing it stood up and trying to make myself pee but I couldn't feel anything in my pelvic floor and my belly would expand and contract, it really didn't feel like I was doing anything right even though my other kegels have been fine.

                          After doing some research I tried to do it lying down and being mindful and focus on relaxing and stretching the pelvic floor. I would place one hand above the base of my penis and a finger pressed into the perineum area so I can feel the pelvic floor. I then breathed into the pelvic floor, I imagined the breath going right past my belly and into the pelvic floor (breathing into my balls), I then gently pushed on the pelvic floor so the hand near the base of my penis lifted up as it expanded and then with the other finger I felt the pelvic floor expand. It felt more natural than what I've been trying and hope this is the right way.

                          EDIT: I've also just noticed after about 10 reps that I have a mild ache in the perineum area like it's never been trained before.

                              Edging - Performed for 16 mins, stayed just below PONR and almost hit PONR twice where I had to stop. EQ was good. Edge for 17 mins next time.
