    Edged for 45 minutes.

    Sessions were good, really love the squeezes, and edging also works well. Glad that I had a steady week this time, could find the time to train this time, hope it stays that way because not being able to stay consistent is really annoying.

    Read something about doing length work before girth, I did that before when I jelqed, stretches before Jelqing and I like the reasoning behind it. Will do the stretches before the squeezes for a certain period of time and see what it will bring me.

    After my last session I decided not to ejaculate. I read on multiple places that's its good not to, but I tend to have a hard time falling asleep if I don't cum. This time did not do it. Next day I felt a minor pain on top of my penis, near the base, it hurt a bit when I rubbed it there. Decided to not touch it for a couple of days but no change, pain stayed the same. I also kept this unfinished feeling in my dick and on Saturday I decided to masturbate and see if that feeling would go away. I got hard real quick and also came within a couple of minutes. Seemed like my dick just picked up where I left it after the edging session, very weird. It did feel like a relief. Fall asleep, next day, no more pain and dick felt normal again.

    Lesson of the day: I will ejaculate after each edging session.

    With the Corona virus and the lockdown we are in I am having a hard time finding some privacy for my training. Usually I can get it late in the evening but sometimes I am tired and therefor not motivated. First session was a bit like that, second one I did in the afternoon, worked a lot better. Trying to stick to the program again.

    Session was great, seems to get more and more controle over the kegels. For a long time when I kegeled my dick moved for one second and that was it. Now, by doing a kegel I can lift my dick and hold it for 5 seconds. For me very special.

    Session as good as the last one, the dick control via the kegels feels very powerful. Saturday I woke up with a firm erection, I got out of bed and stood next to the bed, my wife was looking at me. I performed a kegel, so I took my dick from pointing straight forward to pointing to the ceiling. Look, I learned a new trick :-) My wife invited me back to bed and we had great morning sex. This stuff is incredible.

    Edged for 60 minutes.

    The new trick is still fascinating me, love doing the kegels now. I am wondering how to take it to the next level. Like I said in the previous post, I can take my dick now from pointing straight forward to pointing straight up via a kegel and hold it for about 5 seconds. Whats the next level from Kegel perspective? Don't know if someone is reading this but I am wondering what to go for next?

    Also, I am 45 years old, I read all about decreasing erections, but at the moment mine seem to get harder and harder. My dick is pointing straight up when I am fully erect, and its hard to measure like that because I have to push my dick down, but that is not as easy as it sounds :-)
