    In and out i don't do it every day maybe 3 days and then 2 days I don't, but gains in length aren't really there not to say it does not work of course I gained in length and I am proud of myself and will continue the PE because I wholeheartedly believe in it. I did gain girth and I am proud of that fact. So my main excersize was jelqing sometimes I add 20 minutes hanging and clamping. I will now enhance my workout by before I go to work or UNI to in the morning do a 20 min hanging session and before I go to bed. Still haven't done the JP90 workout continuously I will get on that too. Too be honest I am content about my length and that's why I am content with the progress the gains in girth are very nice. We know girth is what really deals that blow in bed. Now I am going to focus more on length. I have a feeling if I do my girth will go down, hopefully not.
