    Hello All,

    I'm excited to start a consistent journey with pe and log my progress. I started doing pe over 15 years ago. When I first started, I was amazed to see immediate results but I never stayed consistent. I always did pe for about two weeks and then would quit for about six months. This past year or so, however, I've been doing pe much more consistently: about a month on and a month off of mostly manual exercises (variations of Erection Fitness and JP90). I'm now ready to move forward and stay consistent.

    Beginning Stats:
    I've measured my bpel, meg, and volume. My bpel is between 7.25 and 7.5. I keep my starting measurement as 7.25 because 7.5 only happens when I have really good eq and my eq is typically around a 7 or 8 on the majority of days. My meg is 5. My volume is 15.

    Goals:
    My goal for bpel is 9. My goal for meg is 6. My goal for eq is 10. To quit watching porn permanently.

    Devices:
    I currently have several devices including: Phallosan Forte, Bathmate, and Stealth Innerwear + Corkscrew.

    Routine:
    My current routine consists in the following:

    Mondays: Phallosan Forte -12 hours; Bathmate - 10 Minutes; Clamping - 5 Minutes; Stealth Innerwear - 11 Hours

    Tuesdays: Phallosan Forte - 12 hours; Jelq - 10 Minutes; Side-to-Side Stretch - 100 reps; Squeezes - 5 reps

    Wednesdays: Phallosan Forte -12 hours; Bathmate - 10 Minutes; Clamping - 5 Minutes; Stealth Innerwear - 11 Hours

    Thursdays: Phallosan Forte - 12 hours; Jelq - 10 Minutes; Side-to-Side Stretch - 100 reps; Squeezes - 5 reps

    Fridays: Phallosan Forte -12 hours; Bathmate - 10 Minutes; Clamping - 5 Minutes; Stealth Innerwear - 11 Hours

    Saturdays: Phallosan Forte -12 hours

    Sundays: Phallosan Forte -12 hours

    Experience so far:
    Phallosan Forte
    I just received the Phallosan forte about a month ago. I'm about 300 hours in. I had a bunch of the typical problems when I first started i.e. skin irritation at the base of my penis, itching toward the glans, etc. The irritation at the base of my penis has disappeared. I use cortisone cream for the itching. I use the Phallosan Forte every night and log my time in the phallosan app. It's very comfortable. I wear it while I sleep and have no problems. I currently use the large bell with a medium sleeve. The medium sleeve allows for a tight grip and great suction throughout the night. I unroll the condom almost the whole way to stop any pain from occurring around where the condom grips my shaft. Many people have had such great success with the Phallosan and hope to have similar success. There hasn't been much improvement in size but I am getting consistent morning erections again and my eq has increased slightly.

    Manual Exercises
    When I wake up in the morning, I take off my phallosan, log my time, do a warm up and start my routine for the day. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I use the Bathmate for 10 minutes followed by a short 5 minute clamping session. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I warm up, side-to-side stretch for 100 reps, jelq for 10 minutes, and then finish with 5 30 second squeezes before the cooldown. I then put on my stealth innerwear. I try to kegel throughout the day. I just started this weekly routine in addition to the phallosan about a week ago.

    Bathmate
    I use hot water in the bathmate and slowly work my way up to filling up the Hydromax 30x. My penis is always red and plump afterward. Sometimes, it can be uncomfortable because of my turkey neck. I now put a loose cock ring around my balls to stop my turkey neck from pulling. It's helped a lot.

    Stealth Innerwear
    I wear the G30 stealth innerwear all day. My penis has a nice long hang and stretched look afterward.

    You have a similar history to me. Been on and off PE for 7 years but never been consistent until now. Similar starting stats and goals. Here's to us both achieving success this time

        Day 2:

        Today I had slight edema after taking off the phallosan forte. I used the Bathmate for about ten minutes while in the shower. I also did the kegel routine from Private Gym while I was using the bathmate. After the bathmate, I clamped for five minutes. I'm having issues with clamping so I might remove it from my routine until I get a better set up. I'm currently using a Cable Clamp Pro. I also think I'm going to make several more adjustments to my whole routine before I finalize it. I like jelqing before going into the bathmate. So I'm going to add a ten minute jelq session before the bathmate on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

        New Routine:

        It is my goal to stick with this routine for 90 days. Another one of my problems in the past was not sticking with routines because I was always finding out something new. June 20th I will take new measurements and reassess.

          Day 3:

          Phallosan Forte:
          I learned something new about my use of the phallosan forte last night. I've been wearing it way too loose. I'm very thin and the tightness of the strap would be almost no green when I would wake up in the morning. I decided to tighten it last night to get it in the yellow. I had to tighten it a lot for it to stay in the yellow. This made a big difference in the stretch I was feeling. It was much more pleasant. However, I had a different problem as well: since the stretch is greater, my shaft is slightly thinner which allowed air to escape from the medium sleeve. I'm considering two options: go down to the medium bell and small condom sleeve in which case I would have to always use the protector cap because my glans will not fit in the medium bell without it, or get a Velcro strap to reinforce the medium condom sleeve. I'm going to start with the Velcro strap. Other than that, I had a great experience with it last night and woke up with an enlarged glans and nice hang. I'm also glad that I spent my first 300 hours in very low green just to get acclimated to the experience.

          Manual PE:
          After I removed my Phallosan forte, I did a warm up and then moved into 100 side-to-side stretches, 10 minutes of jelqs, and 5 30-second squeezes. My penis was engorged and veiny. Great PI's.

          Stealth Innerwear:
          I decided to button the part of the innerwear that is under the balls. This has helped keep the innerwear extended along my whole shaft which, in turn, has helped keep my shaft better extended as well.

          Today was a great day for pe.

            Day 4:

            (It appears my last post didn't post so I will repost it here).

            Phallosan Forte:
            Last night, I used a Velcro strap to keep the condom sleeve from losing suction. It worked well and was comfortable. I had a nice hang and slightly more edema than usual but nothing concerning. Tonight, I decided to use the protector cap to fit into the medium bell and to use the small condom sleeve since my shaft is pulled more and is thinner. This way, I can compare the two ways of wearing the forte to see which is better for me.

            Manual PE:
            I did a warm up after removing the forte and then did about five minutes of jelqing to prepare myself for the bathmate.

            Bathmate:
            I had a great time with the bathmate this morning. I wore it for about ten minutes and filled the pump until there was about a half an inch left. I'm hoping pumping will help with my girth. I had nice full veiny hang afterward.

            Clamping:
            I know I said I was going to leave clamping out of it, but I tried to experiment again. I still was unable to find anything that would be worthwhile doing on a consistent basis. I will have to do some more research to find some other methods that may work for me.

            Positive PI's:
            Pink, full, low hang, engorged, veiny, and increased eq. Slightly sore.

              Day 5:

              Phallosan Forte:
              I tried to use the protector cap with the medium bell and small condom. Horrible. I couldn't fit inside of the medium bell even with the protector cap on. The small condom seemed fine at first. I tried to put it on the large condom and it fit. So I used the small condom and large bell. However, in the middle of the night I got stinging pains in my penis. The small condom was too tight and was cutting off my circulation. My glans was really cold after I removed the forte. Tonight, I will go back to the large bell and medium condom with a Velcro strap to prevent any loss of suction.

                Day 6:

                Phallosan Forte:
                I was wrong. This is kind of embarrassing. It wasn't the medium condom that was losing suction; it was the large. I had mistakenly put on the large condom. Last night, I placed all of my condoms out. The last one I used was still rolled up. I unrolled it, placed it next to my mediums and realized that I accidentally wore the large. I went back to the medium last night and had no problems at all. I woke up with a nice hang... it was almost too nice. I decided to take a measurement immediately. I know measurements immediately after pe aren't reliable, but I was curious. After about 330 hours in the forte, I was 7.75 BPEL! That's a gain of .5 in one month. That was exciting to me. That's the longest I've ever been. I've measured in the past immediately after pe to get to 7.5 before losing the consistency that got me there. Anyway, I'm excited about the results the forte can provide especially since I wear it daily.

                I did fail in a different way. The past two days I watched and masturbated to porn. I really have a problem. I'm always so ashamed afterward. I wish I could stop. It's become like a ritualistic addiction that perpetuates itself. I have triggers that set off the desire: I'm looking through Instagram and images I don't even search out pop up; or I'm watching a movie and a scene makes me aroused. I've been looking at some of the videos on reboot nation and I hope that will help and inspire me to do better. I'm also hoping that using my log as a place of confession will also help me.

                  Day 7:

                  Phallosan Forte:
                  No issues with the Forte. Back to using the medium sleeve and large bell. Nice hang afterward. Little to no edema. That's another 12 hours.

                  Manual Exercises:
                  Jelqed for 10 minutes after a warm up. Then did 3 sets of squeezes with 30 kegels each.

                  Bathmate:
                  I had such a great workout I decided to throw in a short bathmate session while I was in the shower. It went wonderful. Great pi's afterward.

                  Stealth Innerwear:
                  I'm now wearing my stealth innerwear until I put on the forte again. This will keep my shaft elongated during my recovery.

                    Day 8:

                    Just finished my first week of logging and I realize the significance of logging now. In the past, I would often think I wouldn't need to log and that I could just go about it with the routine in my head. Having a log is great because it immediately lets me know what and how long I've been pe'ing.

                    Phallosan Forte:
                    Had no issues with the forte last night. I am finding though that I'm much more comfortable wearing it at night. When I first started wearing it, I would be very careful to only sleep on my back or on the one side that I wasn't stretching. Now, I just sleep. I haven't had any issues so far. I'm sure though that sleeping on it in certain ways diminishes the stretch.

                    Manual PE:
                    I only did ten minutes of jelqing today. It was a nice jelq session with great pi's.

                    Bathmate:
                    After my jelq session, I spent 10 minutes in the Bathmate. The bathmate session went well too.


                    Unfortunately, I failed yesterday with my noporn goals. I masturbated twice to porn yesterday. I was so horny, I just went for it. Of course, I felt like crap afterward. I will try again.

                      Day 9:

                      I had a really busy day today. I was unable to do pe except for the phallosan forte. I think this is fine though because I've been pretty consistent and a day break won't hurt anything. As far as the phallosan is concerned, I noticed that my strap still isn't tight enough. I'm still waking up with almost no green showing. I've been attempting to be careful to make sure the ring around the base doesn't cause me too much discomfort and that I don't go into the red, but maybe I've been too careful. I'll try to tighten the strap tonight to keep a consistent pull all night.

                      Also, I'm going to start tracking my days off porn. I didn't watch porn or masturbate at all yesterday [even though I was tempted]. I'm 1 day porn-free.

                        Day 10:

                        Phallosan Forte:
                        I've been having the same issues with the phallosan. I don't know what the issue is. Sometimes I can go three or four days without any loss of suction. Then one day I'll have repeated loss of suction. Oh well. I'm going to keep using it either way because I think it could still give me potential results. I've just been wearing it with the Velcro strap consistently now. I've worn it another 12 hours. I will get over 400 hours tonight.

                        Manual PE:
                        I warmed up and then completed 100 side-to-side stretches. I had a nice hang. I then did ten minutes of jelqing followed by 3 sets of squeezes with 30 kegels each. I have noticed improved eq at a consistent 8. I have a low erection angle. I prefer a higher erection angle but there seems to be nothing I can do about that.

                        I stayed away from porn. I'm two days porn-free.

                          I'm still having issues with the phallosan. Still losing suction. I put the Velcro on but it didn't work as well as the first couple of times I used it. I'm thinking there's a small hole in the condom or something. Oh well. I'll try a new sleeve tonight. Or I'll experiment with the small condom again. I want the feel of a tight snug fit. Another 12 hours in the phallosan. I'm in over 400 hours now. I will measure once I hit the 90 day mark.

                          Manual PE:
                          Today, I warmed up after taking the phallosan off. I jelqed for 10 minutes. I'm still maintaining great pi's.

                          Bathmate:
                          I used the bathmate in the shower for about 10 minutes or so. I had a great pump session. I might do another one later today just for the fun of it.

                            Day 12:

                            I had another crazy go of it last night. I went for the small condom again. It actually worked fine for the first six hours. I had to pee really bad. I tried to take it off and it was a nightmare getting the small off. After about 6 minutes of effort, I finally got it off. I went back to a new medium again. I had no problems after that. 12 hours.

                            The rest of the weekend is rest except for the phallosan forte.

                              I lost suction one time last night. I took off the phallosan, added a little bit of evo oil to my glans and shaft, reapplied the phallosan and had great suction all night. Had a tingling feeling when I woke up this morning.
