Hi everyone! Here's my log. Will likely keep this very simple to encourage longevity.
I've been messing around with PE for the past couple months doing different types of jelqs. I'm now adding stretching to my routine (but not the max force penis breaking stretches I used to do, but rather a light stretch, just when you start to feel a pull), along with doing standard, 5 second jelqs, and now look forward to improving my penis' size, EQ, flaccid size and vasodilation.
Alongside PE, I'm working on improving my core strength as despite having a 'six pack', I have a belly which is distended forwards due to weak deeper ab muscles, which leads to it being slightly harder to breathe, poor posture, and slightly less blood flow to my penis. So with these two, I'm looking forward to boosting this little area of my life, and enjoying the benefits.

Current: 6.6"x4.8"
Goals
3 months: 6.8"x4.9"
Reached 6.8"x4.9" in 2 months
6 months: 7.0"x5.0"
Reached 7.0"x5.2" in 4 months
9 months: 7.2"x5.1"
Reached! Stalled on gains a bit, so didn't gain for a few months but reached this somewhere around the 7-9 month mark. Now aiming for 8" on a new thread!
With stretching and jelqing I'm currently doing, I feel very confident I'll reach these goals. Alongside this, I've noticed increases in flaccid state already from core work, and stretching & jelqing since starting today. I'm looking forward to what the future may hold!
