    Day 1

    What's up yall?! So I finally got to it today. I know I said I would start on the 8th of April but eh, what the hell. I followed JP'90 routine damn near to a Tee. So I will be doing all my PE in the shower. It's just easier for me that way. Always has been. The only thing I changed while doing JP'90 is the V-jelqs. I've never could get the technique down.

    Warm up:
    5-7 min. I PE the shower so I let the hot water run on my penis. I'll hold it in my hand and let the water gather.

    Stretching:
    Helicopter shakes- 20sec
    To the left- 25secs 25 kegles
    Big circle stretch- 10

    Helicopter shakes- 20secs
    To the right- 25secs 25 kegles
    Big circle stretch- 10

    Helicopter shakes- 20secs
    Down- 25secs 25 kegles
    Big circle stretch- 10

    Helicopter shakes- 20secs
    Up- 25secs 25 kegles

    So this is my routine. I forgot to get a ruler and measuring tape to take measurements. I'll take pictures to see length and girth. I plan on measuring every 2wks so I can make adjustments if need be. Any comments, advice, suggestions are always welcome.

      Well today my EQ was a little low. But I did get some head yesterday. The later I jacked off. Really really considering doing no fap, only sex, till I complete the 90 days. Overall today was a good day with PE. Still haven't good the things to measure. I definitely will get those things by the next time I PE.

          Today was pretty good. I've noticed that my EQ is still a little low. When I'm doing jelqs I've noticed that I'll start off good but the 12th jelq it gets a little softer and my EQ stays at about a good 30%. I start off around 50-60%. I sorta quit jacking off. To be honest haven't jacked off in about a good 2wks. I usually go at least 4-5times a week. Hopefully I can maintain my EQ at a good 50-60%.

              Same thing like clockwork. I'm a firm believer in, if it's not broke don't fix it. Only improve it. My EQ is still a little low when I do my jelqs. I'll sit start off around 60% but by the 18th jelq it decreases. I havent officially started my personal no fap challenge but I haven't jacked off in a good while.

                        My EQ was the the same. I'm thinking about sex more when I jelqing so it can help with my EQ. Kinda hard (literally lol) because I'm trying to make sure I'm getting the technique down and thinking about sex at the same time. I also slowed down my jelqing by like 1-2sec depending on my EQ. It usually takes me 3sec to jelp.

                              FINALLY!!! My EQ was at a good 50%. Mintained it longer than usual before it began to decrease. All I did was think about previous sexual encounters. Whatever gets it harder right?
