Day 1
What's up yall?! So I finally got to it today. I know I said I would start on the 8th of April but eh, what the hell. I followed JP'90 routine damn near to a Tee. So I will be doing all my PE in the shower. It's just easier for me that way. Always has been. The only thing I changed while doing JP'90 is the V-jelqs. I've never could get the technique down.
Warm up:
5-7 min. I PE the shower so I let the hot water run on my penis. I'll hold it in my hand and let the water gather.
Stretching:
Helicopter shakes- 20sec
To the left- 25secs 25 kegles
Big circle stretch- 10
Helicopter shakes- 20secs
To the right- 25secs 25 kegles
Big circle stretch- 10
Helicopter shakes- 20secs
Down- 25secs 25 kegles
Big circle stretch- 10
Helicopter shakes- 20secs
Up- 25secs 25 kegles
Big circle stretch- 10
Helicopter shakes- 25secs 25 kegles
Straight out- 25secs 25 kegles
Big circle stretch- 10
Jelqs:
Wet jelqs- 4 sets of 25
Used coconut oil for lube(amazing)

So this is my routine. I forgot to get a ruler and measuring tape to take measurements. I'll take pictures to see length and girth. I plan on measuring every 2wks so I can make adjustments if need be. Any comments, advice, suggestions are always welcome.
