Noticed my eq diminish recently, so here's my log to keep track of my progress.
Rebooting my training with the Richard Howard beginners routine, then adding in pumping a few weeks from now.
I'll be focusing on erection quality, length and girth improvements.
Day 1
Did some pool water treading for cardio,
15 super sets of 30sec each
(Treading with legs and arms,
Treading with legs only,
Treading with arms only)
Nice workout and beautiful weather.

-10 min warmup in shower
-5 min stretches
30 sec each (
Straight out ,
Straight up,
Straight down,
Straight right,
Straight left
)
10 min jelq
(
-5 min straight out
-1 min up
-1 min down
-1 min right
-1 min left
-1 min straight out.
)
Note:
-think I squeezed a little too much on jelqs today, ease up next workout.
