  • Miles to go before I skeet

This is my first post. But this forum has helped me countless times.
This is my last "inch" and I wanted to document it for consistency and accountability. Ive been off and on for about 4 years now.
I want to gain .5in girth and .5in length and with my continued weight loss (-60lbs) I'm theorizing that I can reach my goal in 3 months. I know thats quick but I think its possible.

    Starting: 5.5in nbpel
    5in mseg
    293lbs
    Now: 6.5in nbpel
    5.2in mseg
    232lbs
    Goal: 7in nbpel
    5.75 mseg
    196lbs

    Plan: rice sock warm up
    stretches
    10 min jelq
    1 hr hanging session
    rice sock warm up
    ads for 5hrs
    ice pak cool down

I'll be tracking my workouts too, as they effect erection quality as well.

    30 min morning runs
    100 push ups a day
    100 sit ups a day
strong lifts 5x5 every other day

    plant based liquid **** diet
1700 calories a day continued for the 3 months.

See you on the other side, brother.

    Hey Sightu?

    Welcome to the Gym

It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your routine.

Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely, good luck with your endeavors, and keep in mind you have promises to keep.
