    Hi.

    I've been here before. Quite a few times, actually. Missing: consistency.

    Starting Stats:

    • 4.9 inches girth
    • 7 inches length (BPEL)


    Target:

    • 5.5-6.0 inches girth
    • Fine with length, but wouldn't mind 8.0 inches


    Time-frame: none.

    Routine:

    • 7 minute warm up
    • Jelq-free routine
    • 5 minute warm down
    • 10-15 minute edging


    Will start with 10 squeezes and 100 side to side stretches for this first few weeks.

    I will do it this time.

    It's going quite well, apart from today. Slept only 3 hours so not feeling it mentally today, but it still went OK.

      Well I haven't exactly been busy keeping my log up to date, but I have been doing the jelq free routine 2-3 times a week for the last 2 months.

      Not much in terms of actual size increase, but I have noticed a significant difference in EQ.

      I'm now going to up the regularity to 4 times a week, starting today.

      5-7 minute warm up
      100 squeezes at 75% EQ for 5s
      300 side to side stretches
      5 minute warm down

        So last week I did a total of 3 sessions of the jelq free routine. Didn't have time to fit in the 4th. Weekend has been recovery time, and I'll start back tomorrow.

        I'm going to measure in three months. That should give enough time for some gains to come through.
