Time-frame: none.
Routine:
Will start with 10 squeezes and 100 side to side stretches for this first few weeks.

- 4.9 inches girth
- 7 inches length (BPEL)
Target:
- 5.5-6.0 inches girth
- Fine with length, but wouldn't mind 8.0 inches
Time-frame: none.
Routine:
- 7 minute warm up
- Jelq-free routine
- 5 minute warm down
- 10-15 minute edging
