1/4/2021: managed to get a 20m pump in this morning. Will likely clamp this evening for 2-3 sets.

1/18/2021: Ended up taking a week off and have been back a week just not posting. PE going well. Still doing my clamping, squeeze, uli routine and pumping in the evening. I'm hovering just below 5.5" girth now. Somedays right at 5.5 some days slightly less. PE is so awesome!

1/21/2021: been experimenting with 20m clamp sessions. So far so good. Feeling very thick after workouts. Still hovering around 5.5” with my morning wood. Upward and onward.

1/22/2021: made slight change to my routine. I’d been experimenting with 20m clamp sessions and so far they’re great. Going forward new routine is as follows:
30s uli, then immediately into 30s of Big Al Squeeze (5 sets). Then 20m clamp. This routine takes about 30m total. Today I finished at 5.9” girth. From my starting 4.7 this is a full 1.2” larger than I ever was before PE. Granted this is a finished girth so I’m plumped up, but it’s still very significant.
Measurements both in AM Erection and after exercise are slowing moving up. I firmly believe I will hit 6” girth within a few more years.

1/26/2021: Nice AM routine today. Same as above. Finished very thick just over 5.9 but not quite 6. Going to wear a cockring most of the day.

1/28/21: 5 sets of 30s uli + 30s big al squeeze, finished w/ 20m clamp. Very thick today. Didn’t measure but probably 6” just going by how large it was in my hand. Most likely going to pump tonight before bed.
Guys the growth I’ve experienced over the last 1.5 years has been amazing. I’ve said it before but I’ll say it again. PE works. I’ve been very consistent and it’s paid off. Making PE a part of my daily routine has been one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done.
I really do think I will reach my goal of 6” girth. It may take a few more years, but ultimately it will happen. PE is a long process. Patience and consistency is the key.Start: 5/28/2019 BPEL - 6.25, EG - 4.75

Glad you're experiencing good progress! I have the same feeling generally during my off-weeks. Day 4 or 5 if I'm in the throws of passion with the wife I'll grab my erect penis and be like 'Dayum...this is like 110%' now I never measure that in the moment obviously but my wife has even commented sometimes on the size. I feel like it's totally a thing, usually in rest weeks, to experience much larger erections than when working out.
