    3/12/21: 25 squeeze superset with 30s uli- 5 sets. Finished w 2 sets of 10m clamping.

    Forgot to add that today, albeit a bit of edema from pumping last night, my AM Erection was over 5.6 almost 5.75. Finished today’s workout just a slight bit more than 6”...just barely over the line.

    I need to get a new tape as my old tape has gotten fairly rigid.

    3/17/21: sort of low EQ yesterday and today. I looked back at my log and it’s been 9-10 weeks since I took any breaks. If EQ is low again tomorrow I’m taking a week off. Will report back soon.

    3/20/21: day 3 of my week off. Got up early with a massive hardon which is great. I decided to measure it & sure enough 5.5”. I always get nervous I’m losing all my gains from taking a rest, but it’s not true. All in my head.
