  • After 6 years im back again

    Yes as the title says after 6 years I'm back but with a different perspective. It all started back in 2013 when i was about 21-22 when i found pegym and learned about enlargement of the friend we are so fond too. At my early ages i would abuse my sexual energy with porn and it would give me the negative idea that all men need to have sex in a porn manner and also we all should be hung with a massive friend. From this idea i viewed women as objects mainly and could not connect in a deep manner because of the ideas i followed based on porn. The moments of the journey to enlarge my friend since 2013 took me to deep realization throughout my journey following these enlargement ideas. But from 2013 to around 2016 i followed No Faps ideas of not watching porn to improve my connections with women and most important myself. I realized i betrayed myself for years watching porn but at the same time no one has ever told me what porn can do to the mind. I can truly say the enlargement of my friend was the start to becoming aware of my sexual energy and using it for positive things. Now the enlargement process i don't see it as a big deal I'm fine with the outcome of life as long as my efforts are present. I come back to this site to start over yes, but without the negative ideas of how it should be for a man. My awareness as i get older has become greater overall and I'm learning to accept myself for what life has given me and to thank everything in life for allowing me to grow as a man. Im still a student of life but as a man I'm aware i am the giver of life. This path has led me to my own path of wanting to serve others as the giver in life, and year after year i come across myself as a greater version that i wish to share with other in this life. As for now when i started tracking my progress here i was 5.75BPEL x 4.75MSEG and i was able to reach 6.5BPEL x 4.75MSEG ​and as i said I'm starting all over again but with a different mind to work with so i will begin to post my journey all over again and i have to measure where i am at at the moment so bare with me. My routine i plan to make it simple i will base it on Manuel exercises and Bathmate only. So for now the journey continues stay tuned friends as i will post daily.

                          Day 1: 500jelqs w/every 10reps 1 kegals, 10 min stretches, 5 min kegals

                          So at the moment erection quality is lower than usual and i know through time it will improve but for now the stats are (6BPEL x 4.125MSEG). I will measure once a month to keep you guys updated and thank you.

                            Day 2: 50jelqs w/every 10reps 1 kegal, 10 min stretches, 5min kegals, 10 min bathmate (flaccid)

                            So my erection quality was very low gonna take it as i need to rest so I'm thinking i will do 2 days on 1 day off but will try to stretch everyday.
