Thanks to @DickerSchwanz, his comment in another thread about fatigue, in combination with my now aquired experience made me stop there. My little one really has had enough at that point. I used to force M with the fleshlight to give it an satisfying ending, but after an exhausting session of PE, its better to just give the poor fellow some rest.

Sunday - 10min WA, 150 Jelqs, 10-15min sqeezes, 6min WD. I did stretching in between the sets, it helped to get erect again. Sadly, i had to use porn memories to get erect, even though i didn't watch any porn during the exercise. I know that i am going down a dangerous, dark path by doing so, but i am NOT going to look back on my life knowing i didn't try everything in regards to PE. I am already willing to look back into porn if i have to to keep my erection up. Yes. Yes i know its a major red flag for someone who wants to life a nofap lifestyle. Can't have everything at once i guess.

Very happy with the workout, especially after getting back on my nofap track due to reading the "why you shouldn't rely on porn for an erection"- thread here.
Technically, all those big dicked guys on here made me feel as bad as porn did. It seriously was equally bad, in the absolute same way porn is to me.
But after reading up on the things that are good for me, it's much better now.
Also trying to finish with O if i can avoid it. Feels much better without masturbation and without orgasm at the end of the pe session.
I'll wait for measurements until 3-4 months in, maybe half a year. If i gain just 2-3mm in girth, there is no way i will stop pe until i get the size i want and cemented that.Start 08. July 2019

Getting much better erections by the day, i am contributing that to a more mindful session of PE as well as not masturbating or orgasming anymore at the end of any session. Damn, it feels SO much more right to do it this way as well.

EQ between 100 and 20% during the Jelqing, 90-100 during the sqeezes.
No masturbation after, just during the exercises to get a better erection to work with again, using imagination of girls i have seen or know.

Saturday - 10min WA, 4 min stretches, 225 Jelqs, 6 Sqeezes between 30scs/1min, WD5 min (1hr10min)
Sunday - 10min WA, ~300 Jelps @30-35min with EQ between 95%(only very few, it subsides quickly) and 30%, 4x30 second sqeezes, 10min stamina training with FL, 50% with no condom, rest with condom, with O in the end. Breathing really is key with the tight FL training unit. 6min WD (1hr20) Best workout so far.
A good EQ without imagination and just from touch is still almost impossible.
A decent EQ can be achieved by thinking about known girls and imagining doggystyle with them. Not good, but whatever gives me an erection without me having to look at any visual stuff or listen to something arousing, that's good enough in my book.
I made PE my second highest priority during the day, just after taking care of moving to a new place. Once i moved, only actual sex will prevent me from working out that day. Monday - 10min WA, 300 Jelqs @ approx 35min, 5min "Edging" with fleshlight, with O way too quickly, even though i went super slowly. It wasn't a good idea after a workout. Better to do as a sole exercise to improve stamina. WD in the warm shower.
