    Wednesday - Workout (400 jelqs, 60 v jelqs, some sqeezes , Very Good)
    Thursday - Workout (360 Jelqs, 90 v-jelqs, Good)
    Friday - Rest Day
    Saturday - 230 Jelqs, 30V-Jelqs, good EQ

    Back after a broken rib and moving into new flat. Last weeks were on and off, but impossible to be consistent.
    Doing the regular routine since 2 days ago.

    So, I've been pretty consistent with my workouts and still do them around 5 times per week, between 30 minutes and 1 hour each.

    As of right now, i almost never do stretching, since i don't care much for increased flaccid length and don't want to get much longer without more girth anyway. It's jelqing almost 100% of the time, and as soon as i found a good airpump, i'll implement that as well.

    Some days are a hassle, but as long as i did work out, i feel much better that day.

    That being said, i won't post every single day anymore, only if something out of the ordinary happened or i am actually switching my routine.

    I personally wouldn't measure at all if alcohol is involved. You need a regular day and measure several times as well.
    Also, it's probably best not to focus on measuring so much at all anyway.
    If you want to be consistent, i actually believe it's better not to measure.
    You will feel and see a difference after a while anyway, even if that takes half a year or even a full year.

    Although i've been consistently working out, i still want to make it a habit again to write in this journal. I've gotten too lazy with it and thats not good.

    I am currently recovering from a two week hiatus where i had no desire at all for sex on my own. Whatever i did, there was just no way to get an erection without using porn, pictures of girls or erotic stories. I tried to do some stretching since there is no erection required, but that was about it.

    Since two days it was getting better, thank god. I am also trying to implement the bathmate in the shower afterwards more frequently. Not sure about how much pressure i should use. I go in with around 60-80% of an erection and count down the time in my head.

    Workouts:
    Friday: Warmup. 5min stretching, 300 Jelqs, 3x1-2min bathmate at tolerable pressure
    Saturday: Warmup, 10 min stretching 300 Jelqs, 4x1-2min bathmate at tolerable pressure.

    Really happy about working with the pump.
    Still doing the occasional stretching and regular jelqing.
    No Sex anymore, it's really a bummer.
    I'm not an outgoing outside person so it'll take a while until the next one comes along. I am petty fine doing my workouts in the meantime. (for now)

    Will measure next week for the last time and than put the ruler away again for at least another 6 months. Hopefully for a full year.

    Pretty sure the Jelqing did nothing to add girth but definitely added a bit of length.

    Don't think I want to be longer than 17.5-18cm nbpel. The former feels like the sweet spot for me.
