Hey!
I am making this my record-keeping journal. Not going to log in every day!
Starting measurements:
BPEL: 14-15cm/5,5-5,9inch, depending on day and EQ
Girth: at the tip: 12,5cm/4,9inch
at the shaft (middle): 10,2cm/4inch
at the base: 11,5cm/4,5inch
I am using the following routine to start with, as of 08. July 2019:
Warmup 5-10min with hot washing cloth, reheating if necessary
2x Stretches to each side for around 5-10 seconds
50 Jelqs @ 4-5seconds each
2 Pressure holds @ 30-45 seconds, gripping the base and the tip to force the bloodflow in the middle.
50-100 kegels as i warmdown with the washcloth for another approx 5-10min.
I will do some egding from time to time to exercise afterwards when i feel like it. But i try to avoid it if i can since i want to adapt a nofap lifestyle.
The lube i am using for the Jelqs is coconut oil, feels great, smells good and doesn't go dry.
The only problem i have as of yet is that i start to get erect to fast after warming up. Styaing flacid for the stretches is difficult at the moment.
Nice would be any improvement in girth at the base before the tip and maybe a little bit of lenght.
I really don't want more then 16,5cm/6,4-17cm/6,6inch as i feel that i wont be able to go in all the way anymore without causing pain. I am way too rough for that to want to actively take that away.
Planned are 2 days workout and 1 day rest, repeat.

Welcome to the Gym.
It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.
It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.
Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercises.
Once you have conditioned your dick. Look into pumping. I gained over an inch in girth with a fairly aggressive pumping regemin.
Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

Feels good to know you went to a very desireable size, especially in girth, fkn amazing.
I upped my routine a bit:
8-10 Min Warmup w/ Hot washcloth
2x Stretching up/down/left/right for 5-10 seconds, or i get too erect
50-75 jelqs
4-5x pressure holds for 45-60 seconds
warm down
Due to the nofap lifestyle, i dont want to edge, masturbate or O anymore after the sessions, i still feel that should only be done by a woman.
The only thing i am remotely considering is the Fleshlight, which i could use without touching my dick manually. Its probably the best middle ground if i want to increase stamina, and my ED.
Still feels kinda wrong though. It will arrive later in the coming week and ill give it a shot. But only because i cant have the real thing at the moment. Otherwise i wouldnt even consider that stupid thing.
Overall goal is to increase EQ first, girth second and Lenght last. I wouldnt even feel bad if the lenght doesn't increase at all.

I am going to figure out whether i actually need rest days. Joe Rogan said that constant workout with a bit lower intensity but higher quanitity is better in the long run.

After finding another member's routine, i realized that my workload was WAY too low.
Switching to the following, which is a modified version of the JP90-routine:
Warmup 10min
If not erect after the warmup:
Stretching
If erect:
50 Jelqs +1 Pressure Hold for 45-60 Seconds
50 Jelqs +1 Pressure Hold for 45-60 Seconds
50 Jelqs +1 Pressure Hold for 45-60 Seconds
50 Jelqs +1 Pressure Hold for 45-60 Seconds
50 Jelqs +1 Pressure Hold for 45-60 Seconds
(50 Jelqs, depending on time and day)
Warmdown.
Which sums it up to 250-300Jelqs per session + a combined Pressure Hold of around 4-5minutes.
Its going to be a
4 Days workout, 1 day rest routine, repeat, as long as i have time for it

The combination of the Fleshlight and Imagination works to get a usable erection so far. There is almost no way of getting that just from sensation without using porn, which is out of the question anyway and imagination.
It doesn't matter, doing PE has priority now, i can go back to my Nofap life once i reach my desired size anyway.Start 08. July 2019
