    Start 20/06/19

    MSEG-4.25

    Routine:
    3-5 minute warm up (done under steamy water after having warm shower)
    JP 90 Stretches (medium-light tug under warm shower water)
    15 minutes jelq (aim 75% erect)
    1-5 minute warm water rinse

    Schedule:
    1 on 1 off

      I was unable to PE today. I will PE 2 days in a row to make up for it.
      I plan to change my routine on 20/07/2019 (The first Sunday after 1 month of PE)

        I haven't been PE-ing since my missed day. I'm starting a new schedule of 2 on, 1 off, 1 on, 1off, 1on. This schedule starts with Sunday-Monday being 2 on. I figure this will fit my schedule better and help me to be consistent.

        Yesterday and tomorrow of warm up, jp stretches, 10 mins jelqs.
        New routine begins Sunday
