    Hi all,

    To save me writing all my intro up, you can find it here.

    I have been following the JP90 beginner routine to get back into the swing of things. After which I will be looking at results and incorporating some more advance work. The only change I've done is for my warm-down I finish with a 5 minute Bathmate session. I will also do some edging, mainly for stamina but this will just be added on to a workout when I feel like it.

    The goal is to do this on a 3 on 1 off routine, however, I will listen to my body and if I need to tone it back, so be it. Immediate short term goals are very simple.

    1. Maintain and commit to consistent routine.
    2. Improve EQ (currently i'm around 7/10).
    3. To stop watching porn UNLESS for edging purposes. I feel I've become too porn dependant for masturbating so i'm only allowed to finish if I do so without porn.


    Measurements

    6.25 BPEL - Only have a .25 fatpad so not much difference NBP
    4.4 MEG (although I feel this is partly EQ, i'd say i'm around 4.5 normally.

    Initial goal is 7 x 5 and whatever time it takes to get there is fine.

    So far this week I've done 3x full routine and this evening I added 10-15 minutes of edging with no finish. Got pumped up to 4.75 MEG. Will look to recover tomorrow, maybe some heated massaging.

    Will also be taking starting pics, likely tomorrow.

    Rest day - Did 2x5min BM sessions but this was mainly because I had company later.

      I also took starting photo's today. I struggled to stay hard when doing so, multitasking isn't my strong point. I was around 6.1 / 6.2 BPEL and around 4.5/4.8 MSEG. When its time to measure for progress I think i'll wait for good morning wood or drop some Viagra so I can make sure I get a consistent measure. I'll post progress pics when I've seen gains, but won't be measuring for a month or so.

        JP90 /w 5 mins BM and 10 mins edging.

        Pretty solid pump afterwards (4.9MEG). Tomorrow is a rest day.

          JP90 /w standard warm-down.

          Pretty good flaccid hangs going on and finding i'm starting to find erections are becoming a lot more natural and less stimulation needed, however I still am typically watching some porn for PE.

              Yea, very fair point. It has been a struggle to get good girth workouts in without though. I'm not watching porn the whole way through, I probably watch a quick 1 min clip and then i'll turn it off and carry on with my workout but the idea is to get off it all together.

              JP90 w/ 7 min BM session and ended with a VERY light clamp to for 5 min to keep the pump. Still had full bloodflow, used it more like a cockring.

                    Wasn't overly feeling it today. Its super humid out and they last thing I wanted to do was start grabbing my dick.

                    I still did the JP90 in full but with standard warm-down. Maybe i'll do some pumping later on.

                      So, today marks roughly 3 weeks back on a solid 3/1 routine. I plan to measure monthly but I did wake up with great morning wood today (not said that in a while) so it seemed a good opportunity to have an optimistic measure and take some better photos.

                      Good news all around. Gains have been made (BPEL/MEG) within such a short time frame and I now sit at my longest ever BPEL. I'm not officially posting results till 12/08 which gives me a few weeks more to work on them. I'm away that weekend at a festival so will be having 3 days off PE and I feel measuring after the point would be be smart.

                      The biggest part is that I know the doubts I had when I first read about PE and how much I wish there had been more photo documentation. Well, I have kept full photo logs so far and including today's gains. Same angels, full views. These will be posted and updated when I post my 'official results'.

                          Really good workout today. Woke up again with morning wood which is really making me feel confident on some good gains.

                          Did a morning workout today then a BM session in the evening. All round, good PE day.

                            Another solid workout but glad for a rest day tomorrow. Things all round feel good. Pumps, flaccid hang are good and EQ is high. Very excited to see how progress is in a few weeks. As above, BM sessions were done later in the day.
