Hello all, I am new here! I am starting this log to hold myself accountable for doing my routine consistently! Let me know if I can do anything to improve my routine! The routine I will have is the one I will be doing consistently. I did it once for about 2 months a year earlier and saw about 0.5 inch newbie gains and massive EQ improvement!

- 50 jelq (left and then right hand is 1 jelq, so 100 jelqs total with each jelq about 4 seconds)
- stretching in each direction for a minute while doing 20 seconds of kegeling and 40 seconds reverse kegeling)
- edging for 10 minutes
