    Hello all, I am new here! I am starting this log to hold myself accountable for doing my routine consistently! Let me know if I can do anything to improve my routine! The routine I will have is the one I will be doing consistently. I did it once for about 2 months a year earlier and saw about 0.5 inch newbie gains and massive EQ improvement!

    7/15/2019-
    • 50 jelq (left and then right hand is 1 jelq, so 100 jelqs total with each jelq about 4 seconds)
    • stretching in each direction for a minute while doing 20 seconds of kegeling and 40 seconds reverse kegeling)
    • edging for 10 minutes
    Starting (1/27/20)
    BPEL - 5 9/16 in
    EG - 4 3/4 in
    FL - 3 1/2 in

    Goal by June, 2020
    BPEL - 6 1/2 in
    EG - 5 in
    FL - 5 in
