    Pretty good session today.

    5 min warm up
    15 min stretching
    25 min jelqing
    5 min pump at 5Hg
    5 min warm down

    Also did some extra stretches after the main workout.

    Feeling like I actually have what it takes this time to stick with it and get a big dick.

        Ok I fell off the wagon for a bit after a 12 day trip to Chile in August but I’ve gotten back at it.

        I still haven’t measured BPEL yet but I can tell from the expansion I get in the cylinder when pumping that I’ve gained some and I think it could be close to half an inch. But we’ll see, I think I’m gonna keep going just a bit longer before I measure to reintroduce some consistency.

        One thing I’ve found very helpful is to pump with a cylinder that has a ruler on it. I can tell from increased expansion at the same pressure that it’s getting bigger. I think my progress could really accelerate now if I can stay consistent.

        I’ve also noticed that 1 on 1 off and 2 on 1 off didn’t work for me so well. I didn’t start to get noticeably increased expansion until 3 straight days of exercise. So it would seem this means I’m a “more is more” type. So I better give my unit more.

        I have a new fuck buddy also but the sex is still good even better than the last person. I’ve been trying to stay more consistent with lifting in the gym also which helps build more discipline and motivation in general.

        I think that’s about all for now. I’m going to try to start doing daily posts here as that will help me too.

          Well I was curious so I measured. It wasn’t 1/2 but 1/3 gain, putting me at 6.58 BPEL. Kind of a mediocre gain but tbh I’ve put in a mediocre effort since I started so I can’t complain. I’ll take it and carry some inspiration into being more consistent these next 3 months.

          Aside from the size gain, my life has improved so much as a part of this process. I’m a LOT better in bed from EQ improvements, I’ve also mostly quit porn which had helped too. Because of this, I have more confidence in myself and am more assertive in communicating my desires to others which has gotten me better sex with hotter people that I really want. The person I’m seeing right now is one of my favorite I’ve ever been with and he’s just amazing.

          So yeah, I’m excited to continue this process and see where I can go next with better consistency. I’m ready to get a lot bigger.

            Congrats on the gains man! Just keep up the consistency, this shit works.

            I totally know what you mean about the positive effects of quitting porn. The confidence and assertiveness are real. Keep it up!

              Measured girth at 4.75 now, so a bit of initial girth gain as well. 0.9 in of total volume gain. So not a bad gain after all.

              Also NBPEL is at 6.07, which is up from 5.75.

                  Had one of the hottest fucks of my life yesterday and I could tell it was that hot partially because of the size and hardness increase. That was really hot.

                    Measured again and got some more gains, up to 6.69 BPEL.

                    I've decided that my next measuring day is going to be Nov 3rd, which will be 6 months of decently consistent effort.

                    I'm in a good position to get a 1/2 inch gain in the first 6 months so I'm shooting to close in on that the next few weeks.

                      Glad to be up to 6.75 BPEL x 4.87 MSEG.

                      So far that's a gain of one half inch BPEL and 1/5 inch girth. After roughly 7 months of decent but still not great effort.

                      Next step is to focus on the execution better and I'm sure I can keep the gains coming.

                        Took a couple weeks off after last measurement since I got sick and then had something else come up, but I'm getting back at it now. Making sure I get right back to where I was first, then gonna push on to 7x5 very soon.

                            Still doing roughly the same routine as above, trying to stay super focused every day now to push on to 7x5.

                              Stayed away for a while but finally back to a consistent routine. And it paid off since I'm happy to report I've made it up to 7 BPEL. This is such a huge improvement. It's a bump from the 52nd to the 78th percentile. It feels a lot bigger and fuller and makes me more horny and confident.
