Hey everyone, today marks my first day of taking PE training seriously! I have never been confident in the size of my penis. I started lurking on phalloboards a few weeks ago interested in surgical options PMMA, Elist, and so on. During my lurking I read that members were exercising their packages using techniques such as jelqing, and one member referred to PEgym. Then began my pegym lurking. I started trying different exercises randomly throughout the day and today marked my first time that I dedicated myself to a training session. I never thought of my penis as something I could dedicate time and energy into making it bigger and better, like any other part of my body. For years I have been a consistent gym goer, so I think I have the discipline and mind set to really put forth into putting in the effort to see a PE routine through. I am excited to see results in the future and share with you all my progress, alterations in workouts, and personal thoughts as time goes on.
Rough estimate of starting length is almost exactly 5” hard, I don’t have a solid measurement, but will get flaccid and erect measurements of length and girth soon. My main goal is an added 2” in length. I don’t care how long it takes.
I look forward to this journey and I am open to your thoughts and advice.
Today’s workout:
In a hot shower.
5 minute hot towel wrap
Applied Aloe gel initially and when I saw fit.
200 reverse ok grip jelqs (alternate hands every 50 reps, 2 second strokes)
10x10 second jelqs (2 second stroke with and 10 second hold at full extension)
2 sets of 10x10 second helicopters (switch rotations for 2nd set)
10x10 second kegels
