  • Webster99 Max Girth Gains and Length Routine

    I've been doing PE on and off for a couple of years now, but only got serious with it in the last 6 months. My target has been mostly girth but I've also made some solid length gains to. Over the last 6 months I have gained .25 girth and .25 in length which are relatively good progress, but more importantly PERMANENT. The last couple of weeks I have been struggling with a plateau and took a 1 week break. After taking a week off, I measured and noticed all the gains I made were still there.     My old thread consisted of a great workout that consists of a bathmate, manual, and SizeGenetics routine. However, if you don't have the equipment that's fine you will still gain from the manual workouts alone. This new thread will consist of just as much girth routines and even more length. I have a new Phalloson Forte that I'm going to start using that I will also be informing you all about. Enjoy the thread and feel free to ask questions.

    Last week I saw a decrease in my gains from clamping so I decided to take a break. After my one week break I'm happy to see that I have still maintained all my gains.

      Monday June 17:

      I didn't want to jump into to heavy of a routine and hurt myself so I decided to do a quick one.

      8hr PF

      Bathmate: 15min
      Jelq: 7min

      4x1min Slow Squash Jelq

      4x1min Compression squeeze
      4x1min erect bends
      1 set slinky bends

        Tuesday June 18:

        Did a quick girth routine with a little more jelqing for length. I decided I'm going to wear my Phallason Forte during the day and night for maximum gains. I'm shooting for at least 11 hours a day.

        PF: 9hr 30min
        Bathmate: 16min
        Jelq: 8min

        4x1min Slow Squash Jelq

        4x1min Compression squeeze
        4x1min erect bends
        1 set slinky bends
        4min edging - got my girth all the way up to 5.3

              Friday June 21:

              I'd like to mention that I've been using the Phalloson forte at red this entire time. I've had a lot of experience with SizeGenetics so I'm comfortable with the high intensity. I've only seen PI's from the high intensity training with the PF.


              PF: 10hr

              Jelq: 5min

              Too tired to do an actual girth routine, did this little routine to keep my gains.

                    Monday June 24:

                    Today was the first day I've been sore from PE. My tunica was really feeling it, which is good because according to the TGC theory I need to be working on my tunica. I was so sore I was unable to do my manual girth routine and just did some pumping and jelq work. The red dots are starting to fade away.

                    PF: 9.47
                    Bathmate:14min
                    Jelq: 9min
                    V-jelq: 6min

                    Total hours with PF: 75.36 - will measure at 100hrs. Mind you I'm doing the max amount intensity I can handle (medium red)

                      I sent you a PM too, but are you seeing better results from longer BM sessions or from the shorter/high intensity sessions? Just curious.
                      Start: 5/28/2019 BPEL - 6.25, EG - 4.75
                      Current:10/1/2021 BPEL - 7.5, EG - 5.625

                        Today I only did half a workout session to see how my dick would respond. I don't want to push it too far and continue to make the red spots worse. If it doesn't seem to get worse I may do more later.

                          Wednesday June 26:

                          During my workout I realized it the bathmats that keeps getting me red bumps, not the manual workout (to my surprise). So I will start doing light pumping as a warm up before my workout until the red bumps go away. They are very close to gone since I've cut down on the amount of work.

                            Today I felt like I could get a full workout in so I decided to go for it. I started with light pumping and moved to my workout. During my edging I measure at just over 5.25 girth I wonder if thats because I over worked it? I then used the BM for 4 min after my edging session to fill it back with new blood. I've been working pretty hard this week, so it might be time to take a day off.

                              Friday June 28:

                              Measuring Day. Today I accumulated just over 100hrs with the Phallason Forte, about 112, and took the day off manual exercises to get an accurate read on my measurements.

                              NBEL: 6.9
                              BPEL: 7.5
                              MEG: 5.25 - 5.3, just over 5.25 but not at 5 5/16
                              BEG: 5.2

                              It looks like I gained .1 in erect length and bpel since using the phallason forte. No extreme difference in erect girth but I'll take what I can even if its just a little. I have noticed from other threads most people haven't seen gains from 100hrs or at all even with 500hrs. My reasoning is that I believe if you are looking for actual gains you will have to bump up the intensity of the stretch as high as you can. I know this may not be recommended from the manufacturer, it has made me a bit sore, but it has been paying off.

                              My long term goal with the Phallason is:
                              7.75 EL
                              5.75 EG

                              Total since starting PE seriously I have gained .4 EL and .25-.3 EG - pretty stoked!
