    Hi everyone. I'm 27 and have trouble having an erection with a real woman, or with my hand, unless I watch porn. With porn my erection can vary from 80% to 95%. So that's the reason why I want to start the AP90 journey - to be able to get the same level of erection with a real woman as I do get now with porn.
    The main reason I want to try PE is that (I hope) it'll improve blood circulation in my penis. Gonna do jelqs only for now.
    I've also noticed that I have a tight pelvic floor, so I began doing reverse kegels, and I guess I've found the muscles (at least I can feel the expansion in my pelvic floor when I breathe in). Some yoga poses seem to help as well, but I'm not sure if I need to exercise right now.
    I guess I can call myself cured when my morning wood comes back?

      Was able to get 30% erection before the shower+jelqs, and 70% right after jelqing, then again got around 40% hard some couple minutes after jelqing session was over. I didn't masturbate - I stopped as soon as I got somewhat hard. All that was achieved without porn, but I had a girl I really like in my thoughts, so I guess that helped.

      Also wanted to mention that my flaccid length has increased a bit, but oh my god does my penis look longer and thicker after jelqing, even though it's flaccid. Don't know if that's typical.

          Day 5, September 5, 2019 Did some pelvic floor stretches (yoga) in the morning, but failed to do jelqs in the evening due to tiredness. Not proud of myself because of this. 70% hard morning wood

            What kind of pelvic floor stretches do you do? Sounds interesting

            I'm also on AP90 and I'm already 38 days in!
            Initially: 5.5" BPEL, 4.3" MEG
            Current: TBC
            Final Goal: 7.5" BPEL, 5.5" MEG

              Janu Sirsasana (Head-to-Knee Forward Bend)
              Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend)
              Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose) - but I put my head on my feet and my hands are on the floor leaning forward
              Padangusthasana (Big Toe Pose) - the one where your hands touch the floor/your feet
              Takes me about 15 minutes to complete all the poses.

                Day 6, September 6, 2019 Yoga, 50 jelqs, massage. Very weak morning wood (20%), I guess that's because I didn't have enough sleep this week.

                The more I stretched, the more my pelvic floor muscles were shaking (I don't know the right word ), so I think it's a sign that there is a great tension there and that I should continue.
                These past 2 days I felt pain in my pelvic floor, and I'm quite sure it was there even earlier, but I didn't notice it since it's not very painful.

                Also noticed that I do kegels during urination (especially when I sit) to interrupt the stream, as if I'm worried that my aim is bad and I'm about to piss my pants or piss on the floor. And I also have been doing a few kegels to get out the last drops. From what I've read on this forum, this is not good. Will have to relax here as well.

                As for my psychological well being, I went from normal to feeling really depressed after I started doubting myself that I'll ever have an erection without porn, or at least decent sex an so on... This thoughts lasted for a few hours, but I managed to calm myself down a bit realizing that I have no other choice other than continuing doing what I'm doing now to fix myself.

                    Saw a few red dots on my penis after jelqing, but they are all gone now.
                    The more I abstain from porn, the easier it gets to fantasize.
                    The easiest way to prevent kegels from occurring during urination is to close my eyes and relax.

                      Can get a weak (50%) boner without imagination, and a very strong (95%) with a very slightly erotic text (read my old conversations for a bit). Looks like an improvement to me I was very close to relapsing, but I've managed not to cum after edging. It's very hard to control my arousal level, but for now I want to improve my erection, so it's not an issue for me yet.

                              It took me ~45 seconds to get somewhat hard, then 2 more minutes to get almost fully hard, and only after 4 minutes of masturbation without porn or porn substitutes did I become fully hard. Edged for 10 minutes.
