5/2019 Starting points 13.2 cm X 11.05 cm
9/2019 Now 13.9 cm X 11.05 cm
Length routine: Flaccid bunddle stretch (100% sure this work for me)
Girth routine: Flaccid twist (New. Not measure yet. Just having a big hang. Having a very good feeling that this may be work)
Other routine: LIGHT grip Jelqing (New. Not measure yet. Just having longer big hang)
What I know is working for sure in my exprience is light exersices. I dont care what exersice you do, just do them lightly. I dont know why lightlyness is working. Dont force.
I have over 3 hour big hang now. I never had big hang for this long time. 2 thing I did differently are being naked after exersice and light grip jelqing. I dont know witch one of them is the reason for this over 3h big hang.

I want add 2 more possibility reason for my over 3 hour big hang. Flaccid twist resting toward pubic ( not using hand. this is super light exersice. Does this mean light is more and super light is super more?). After exersice I pulled my froskin back ( everytime foreskin would automatically return to cover the glans but this time it doesnt)

This didnt work
measured today. I did not gain anything. When I measure EG diameter with caliper, I did gain 1mm. But when I measure EG circumference with tape, I didnt gain anything. WTF, I dont understand. Can somebody explain this. Im sure I measured accurately and correctly.
I going to tryi erect twist.
Ps. Do I need to take day off to seeing girth gains?

I tried manual clamp. Immediately gain about 0.05cm in diameter. Not measured the circumference yet. Hope this is it. I going to pick 1 girth exersice only. And it seem to be clamping. I already have super good length exersice. #make it simple

Started manual clamping. I gained 3mm of girth in 2 day of clamping. 3 day off and I lost all my girth. Maybe I need to do girth exercise everyday.
I lost about 5mm of length after adding jelqing for my routine. I did them very lightly and about 40 jelq. Maybe it was only turtling.
10/2019 now current 14.2 cm of lenght and did not measure the girth yet because tape is end. Pretty fast lenth gains huh?)

I got my length back this morning.
Again I lost my gains after jelqing. This time I lost both lenth and girth. Turtling? Need day off to heal and grow? Maybe jelqing is not just for me.

Need to find way to gain girth. Jelqing make me loose girth. Manual clamping doesnt work anymore ( I gained 3mm of girth in 1 day with clamping after that no gains). Penis bundle doents gain my girth. Im going to tryi normal penis manual stretch. I know stretch is for length but somebody has said they gain girth also. Everybody is different.
My goal is to gain 1 Inch of girth. Is this realistic goal?

Hanging (about 1kg) from glans straight foward didnt get me girth. Maybe I need to decrease the wieght?
Now I remember how did I gain 3mm of girth in one day. It was very very light bundle stretch for length then after that light manua clamping. Maybe I my penis need to get loose from bundle stretch first before clamping?
