    Hey all,

    I would like to start a log of my PE workouts and take PE more seriously in general. I have been doing PE on and off but, just like the real gym, in order to see real progress you need to be consistent and track your progress.

    A little back story: I've never gotten any complaints about my equipment, but after hearing about PE and the prospect of becoming larger I couldn't resist. Watching porn has definitely made me feel inadequate, and while I know it is not the norm, it would still be cool to wow a chick visually.

    Starting Stats: 5.5 BPEL, 5.1 MEG
    Goal: 7.5 BPEL, 5.5 MEG

    Current Regimen:
    • Warm up (5 mins)
    • Squeezes 5x30 seconds
    • S2S Stretches 5x50 repetitions
    • DIY ADS (4-5 hours)
    • Measuring once a month

    Still tweaking my ADS for comfort and effectiveness. I'm thinking I will pick up an extender and slowly replace manual stretching.

    Yesterday:
    Warm-up 5 mins
    Squeezes: 5 x 30 sec
    Basic Stretches: 5 mins
    S2S: 5 x 50 reps
    Edging: 5 minutes
    ADS: 5 hours

    Today:
    ADS: 4 hours

        Started incorporating slow jelqs which feel better than when I tried jelqing before. Focusing more on slow and intentional with a light stretch at the end. I haven't measured in a while but visually it looks impressive while edging.

        Warm-up: 5 mins
        Manual stretching all directions: 30 sec x 3
        S2S: 5 x 30 sec
        Jelqs: 5 mins
        Edging: 5 mins
        ADS: 4 hours

            Gunna start increasing the volume of workouts, starting with Jelqing MWF and Stretching every day except weekends. Wear ADS whenever I can.

            Yesterday:
            Warm up 5 mins
            Jelqing 15 mins
            Basic Stretches 15 mins

            Today:
            Basic Stretches 15 mins
            S2S 15 mins

            Flaccid definitely seems to be improving!

              Started noticing some pain by the end of last week. Think I ramped up too quickly stretching every day so I'm going to ease up this week.

              Flaccid is definitely looking larger thanks to ASD. Also measured BPEL today and had a small increase (+.1 inches) but it may just be due to improved EQ.

                Just received the Penimaster Pro extender! Pretty excited to get going.

                After struggling to get the proper suction working, I finally figured it out and tried some light extension for half an hour. It felt fine and afterwards flaccid definitely seemed "fuller".

                I'm a bit confused about the optimal method because the manual says to work up to 8-12 hours a day, but my understanding is extenders are only worn a couple hours a day at moderate tension...will do more research.

                  Wore the extender for an hour today to see how it feels. One concern I have is after half an hour my glans appear to lose circulation. Does this mean the suction is too high? I really don't want to injure myself.

                    Getting more used to the extender. I'm currently using it for 30 minutes at a time. I do notice my glans get cold but there is no pain. Will slowly increase the time as my unit adapts but overall I feel like this routine is going to finally get me some length gains. Will measure every 100 hours of use.

                      Today I had 4 sessions of 30 minutes in the extender, but the last one I did after masturbating and it was painful. I think it was too sensitive so I'll avoid extra stimulation for now. Another reason to quit porn.

                      On the plus side I am definitely noticing my flaccid is looking...beefier. Even EL looks bigger but could be my imagination.

                        Not sure what happened but somehow a bunch of my posts on this thread were deleted....Anyone know what's going on?

                        Also, on my last extending session today my glans were completely blue which freaked me out. I'm still not sure how to avoid circulation problems. If anyone has experience with vacuum extenders please let me know!

                          I didn't see the announcement but was informed that the site was restored back to Nov. 1st. So I guess 10+ days are gone.

                              Working up to 12 hours in the extender a day. Besides the glans being cold after a session everything is feeling good.
