I would like to start a log of my PE workouts and take PE more seriously in general. I have been doing PE on and off but, just like the real gym, in order to see real progress you need to be consistent and track your progress.
A little back story: I've never gotten any complaints about my equipment, but after hearing about PE and the prospect of becoming larger I couldn't resist. Watching porn has definitely made me feel inadequate, and while I know it is not the norm, it would still be cool to wow a chick visually.
Starting Stats: 5.5 BPEL, 5.1 MEG
Goal: 7.5 BPEL, 5.5 MEG

- Warm up (5 mins)
- Squeezes 5x30 seconds
- S2S Stretches 5x50 repetitions
- DIY ADS (4-5 hours)
- Measuring once a month
