    Hello all, I wanted to put some numbers down to track, this looks like the place!
    I started really doing the JP90 in early June 2019.
    At the outset, I was 6.5" BPEL, 5.0" MSEG, 3.25" FL, 4.5" FG. BPFSL 6.75".
    I pretty closely adhered to the routine for the first 45 days or so, when I contracted viral meningitis. A week in the hospital put a damper on my routine shall we say, about 2 weeks of no PE.
    So about 2 weeks after starting back up (right about 60 days of work) I was right about 7.25" BPEL, 5.0" MSEG, usually hanging about 4", 4.5" FG, 7.94" BPFSL. That flaccid stretch came on hard and heavy! I also added JAI's at each bathroom break throughout the day. Amazing what limbering up your tissues will do!
    About that time, my ADHD impulsivity basically demanded I switch it up haha.
    I started adding about 10 minutes of hanging 2lbs, and added 1/4 turn bundled stretches.
    So right about the 90 day mark, I started stepping up some of the routines. The 1/4 turn was bumped up to a full turn over the next 2 weeks as well as the hanging moved to 15 minutes, 5@2lbs-5@4lbs-5@2lbs, no break in the 15. I also added stretching where I would bend over the opposite forearm- up, down, and either side.
    At about 100 days, I measured 7.5" BPEL, 5.06" MSEG, averaging 4.25" flaccid hang, 4.5" FG, and BPFSL 8.2".
    Wooo!!
    Right about that 100 day mark I added some clamping- about 3 reps of 1 minute, with 2 minutes between, while edging. I also added the between-the-cheeks stretch.

    So some notes- my jelqing is almost always in the shower after 5 minutes of hot-soak. I don't use soap for lubricity, I've found my conditioner actually works awesome with no irritation.
    My head size has easily tripled in volume. I friggin love it!
    My EQ? I didn't know I could get morning wood like a steel shaft! Later in the day, not quite so beastly- except after clamping, then it's like a Mr. Hyde haha. I'd say I was probably a 7 before, now 8.5 or so w/o clamp, 11 with hahaha, no really, if that isn't a 10 I don't know what could be.
    I also haven't ever really looked at myself flaccid in the mirror and thought anything great- this morning I had a hang like I'd never seen, I thought maybe it was just the remnants of some MW, but at morning break it was still meaty! I had to put up a pic of it, I actually felt kind of manly in that regard.

    So anyway, I will try to keep this updated.
    My goal is to be a solid 8" and at least 5.5" girth. My fantasy dream would be to not be able to close my hand around it.

    Measuring after a good session last night, BPFSL up to 8.3125, BPEL about 7.53. No change on MSEG.
    Flaccid hang has been averaging about 4.25 still, but I've had several days of 5" and plump. Must be doing something right!

      So about 5 and a half months in, 8.5" BPFSL! I didn't have privacy to check EG or EL. Creeping up on 2 inches gain BPFSL!

      My previous post went poof in the server chaos, but I have put clamping and jelqing on hold for a bit, time and privacy constraints put a damper on it... for now.
      EQ with no clamping has been a steady 8.5 or so on casual, morning wood 9-10.
      Keep moving forward!

        Alright, got a chance to measure!
        I was able to jelq/squeeze and clamp for the last 3 days.

        So right at 7.75" BPEL today!
        A shade under 5.375" MSEG
        Right at 5" BEG when clamped!

        Man, it's working for me!
        Routine hasn't changed much, hanging I haven't gone above 10lbs, tending to stay closer to 6lbs but for as much time as I can manage with privacy concerns.
        Consistency seems key!

          Wow, great to hear you doing so well.

          Keep up the good work. And keep logging progress. You could even jot down the standard routine so others can see what you have done/are doing.

          Are you doing anything else to supplement? Taking vitamins? Exercise? Kegels?

            Occasional kegels, no routine there, more or less a "if it comes to mind" thing
            I take Olly Men's Multivitamins in the AM, as well as 1 each of Irwin Naturals Prosta-Strong RED and Maca Root with Ashwagandha in the AM. Occasionally I toss in Sunflower Lecithin. After work, 1-2 more each.
            I try to have 1 Body Armor a day, I find the electrolyte boost helpful all-around, but the big benefit with Body Armor is that one of the main sources is a Zinc source also. Zinc is very beneficial to general health as well as penile health.
            The combo of Ashwagandha, Zinc, Lecithin, Maca, Pygeum, and L-Citrulline have another bonus- increased pre and semen quantities. Just an added bonus but a bonus nonetheless.
            I am a heavy equipment technician, and a field one at that, so I stay fairly active during work.

            Lessee... I warm up in the shower- the hottest water I can tolerate, on narrow stream, and form a trough to catch the water and retain it around the shaft with my hands. I try to give it 5 minutes or so. I usually then transition into bundled stretches in the trough, if that makes sense. The shaft in the hot water, head secured by hand. Both directions, 360* bundle. From there, usually stretch up, either side, straight out ala JP90. I sometimes then do a pendulum ala BigAl No-Jelq. No specific count, if I had to guess I'd say between 2 and 300. I at least once per rotation also do a stretch I can't remember the name of, but I bend up, down, and either side, pulling with one hand over and against the other wrist.
            If I have time and privacy I then try to get in 15-30 minutes of light hanging.
            Again, time and privacy allowing I then try to get in 10-20 minutes of jelq/squeezes. Jelq up with one hand, hold, then at the start with the other hand perform a ~10 second squeeze before starting up and releasing the top hand.
            Time and privacy permitting I then try to get a clamping session in.
            If I get a chance right before bed, I will do an IR Light therapy session- this is primarily for my neck and back, but I also wrap the shaft with one of the pads for the treatment. This is more or less a warm-down.

            I also try to get in a few JAI's whenever I go to the bathroom.

            I think that about sums it up! Probably forgetting things haha

            Ah yes, I have been fluctuating between 2-on-1-off and 4-on-1-off depending on PI's. 2 or 3 times I've had to take 2 full days off. Pay attention to what your body is telling you- pain is a problem- discomfort may not be. It can be uncomfortable to stretch, jelq, etc however if it hurts, you need to dial it back.

                So I've picked up another 1/16" or so in the last 2 weeks.
                I decided to buy a cheapo pump from the local shop (they only went up to HydroMax7) to see if pumping was for me or not. 2 days in, and yowza! 5.5" girth measured after a 15 minute session- this unit did not come with a gauge, so I'm going off of feeling- going until just slightly uncomfortable, if any pain at all kicks in, smash the release.
                I tried a bit of an experiment- I took the bulb off, then put my finger over the hose end, filled the cylinder with warm-hot water, put it over, then suctioned the hose- the hose was long enough to just use my mouth and pinch off the hose. Held it for 5 minutes, adjusting vacuum as necessary. It was a good heat-soak, and the visual distortion of the water made it look like a softball bat hahaha. I can see the BathMate appeal.
                I'll try to stay consistent with it, but privacy is an issue.
                My wife still doesn't know I'm doing the excercises, but last night she had some comments about being "split open- in a good way" so I'd say I'm winning. Between that and having to take a brief break when she nearly blacked out from a long O.

                That being said, let's be real. I'm loving that my wife is enjoying the benefits, but this really is for me. I am LOVING the gains. I can look at my flaccid in the mirror and smile, maybe a touch smugly.
                My wife has always said I have a big dick, but until the last 6 months or so, I never agreed in my mind.
                Between the healthier outlook clued in on this site, having the camera-tricks of the porn industry put more in the light (things like looking at it in my wife's small hands versus my large hands) and certainly the EQ and size increases.... at least this portion of my crazy life is looking better!!

                  Woof.
                  After 15 minutes of pumping at 1.5 inMg, I took a measure.
                  Did the same method I've been doing.

                  Low and behold... EIGHT. AHHHHHHHHHHHH
                  Alright, regain composure....
                  I understand, pumping is a bit of a temporary boost, but seeing that 8" mark was a turn-on and encouragement.

                  Girth was at ~5.375, so I've seen more pumping girth-wise, but this is the most substantial length yet.

                  Did I mention I applied my MityVac to my cheapo cylinder?

                  Yesterday it was: Fill the cylinder with hot-warm water, secure to body, attach vacuum pump with brake bleeding attachment between cylinder and pump to capture water.
                  Today was just dry vac.

                    Just a point of update.

                    BPFSL, pre-workout today was 8.25". Post-workout 8.75", well just slightly above.
                    BPEL was 8"+ a hair or 2.
                    Didn't measure girth, but in the water filled cheap cylinder it looked beastly. Got to love visual distortion. Cylinder is 2-3/8" diameter as it turns out. Honestly could probably use a 2.125".

                    Long stress filled day at work though. Got to love adult responsibilities!

                      Long time away, really only been maintaining since Christmas. Pump 5 days a week or so, clamp when I feel like it, squeeze at least 3 times a week. Hanging right about 9lbs for 20 minutes or so 5, sometimes 6 days a week.
                      Use my cheapo cylinder with hot water in the shower (have a rubber band at proper level to not flood the ball pump) for my pumping. Then hang after shower before going about my night. Nothing too wild.
                      Figured I should give a ~1 year update.

                      BPFSL, about 9.0625".
                      BPEL, right about 8.125".
                      No-pump MSEG, 5.625".
                      Easy to hit 6" girth with pumping.

                      I overdid it Monday and hit 7" girth- paid for it with some lovely edema haha... recovered now.
                      Wife is very pleased. I have to be careful with some angles as she had a histerectomy, and I can easily hit the cuff with some angles.

                      May or may not pop in again soon, being an "essential worker" has its perks, stress sure isn't one of them... 12 hours in the sun climbing on a machine today, have to keep that infrastructure moving!
