    Hi fellow PEGym Members,

    It has been a slow start, but finally sitting in a routine and schedule!



    Routine

    * Windmill Shake - 3 Sets / 20 Seconds

    * Rotating Stretch - 3 Sets / 5 Seconds each
    (Left, Right, Up, Down, Middle)

    * Jelq - 3 Sets / 30 Reps
    (both hands 1 rep) (2 Seconds per rep)

    * V Jelq - 3 Sets / 30 Reps
    (both hands 1 rep ) (2 Seconds per rep)

    * ULI - 10 Sets / 30 Seconds each

    * Erect Squeeze - 10 Sets / 30 Seconds Each

    * Windmill - 3 Sets / 20 Seconds

    * Rotating Stretch - 3 Sets / 5 Seconds Each

    Schedule
    * Daily in the morning - Rest day when fatigued


    Adjustments
    * 3rd Session - Windmill and Rotating Stretch increased to 5 Sets


    Questions

    * Any advice / opinion would be very appreciated

    1) How does the routine look, any changes, add exercises, adjust or remove?

    2) Normal Jelq is a little bit awakerd, possibly change to single hand jelq?

    3) Is V Jelq important? Just because when i do the exercise i feel that there isn't that much pressure / doing much - Even though i am squeezing hard between my fingers?


    GOAL


    Increase Length
    NBPEL - 18cm --> 21cm

    Increase Girth
    MEG - 14.5cm --> 17cm


    Increase EQ
    Hold an erection for longer, after ejaculation
    Harder erection

    FL 13 cm
    SFL 18.5 cm
    FG 13.5 cm
    NBPEL 18 cm
    BPEL 20 cm
    BEG 15 cm
    MEG 14.5 cm
