    This is my first post on this site. I have been lurking for a good month researching and finally decided to give PE a try. I am currently learning and experimenting with PE, and I have high motivation for sticking with this.
    My routine, progress tracking, and format is also a work in progress.
    Updates will be frequent and I will try to be somewhat detailed about my routine and session quality.

    routine
    warmup: 20 minutes
    stretches: 15 minutes
    exercises: about 100 jelqs, and 60 V-jelqs total(1 hour-ish)
    warmdown: 20 minutes

    thoughts
    need actual lube (im using silicone glove lotion as its the only thing i have)
    getting used to this is going to take a bit
    no soreness, just feels worked in a good way
    trying not to use much force, but lube situation makes it dry jelqing basically
    keeping erection minimum 30% is hard during exercise without proper lubrication

      routine
      warmup: 15 minutes
      stretches: 10 minutes
      exercises: about 80 jelqs, and 90 V-jelqs total(1 hour or so)
      warmdown: 15 minutes
      edged for about 5 minutes, went over PONR then went to sleep

      thoughts
      worked with lotion constraints-used water to simulate lube for about 20 seconds then dry up
      had better quality jelqs with some proper lubrication
      kept in mind when jelqing that jelqs should be about 6 seconds per rep, this helped really feel the blood moving and expansion
      glans expansion during jelq was crazy big(about 2x bigger than normal)
      after waking up, the next 12 hours my penis was kinda sore, but absolutely no pain or negative PI
      definitely getting actual lube when possible
      getting better at jelqing technique, grip control is perfect when properly lubricated
      grip strength and pull force was probably a bit more than it should have been most of the time when skin was unlubricated
      erection level control should increase when proper lube is used(getting out of the zone reapplying lotion constantly killed boner, had to use visual aid stimulation near the end to try and get proper reps in[I don't use porn])

          exercises: 150 jelqs, 90 v-jelqs (1 hour or close to)
          warmdown: 30 minutes

          thoughts
          got real lube today(K-Y jelly personal lubricant), works great. starts drying up around 20 or so jeqls, but love that only a tiny bit of water reactivates it.
          session went by smoother because of lube
          erection levels and stamina were perfect for exerices thanks to focus this time around

            exercises: 170 jelqs, 90 v-jelqs(less than 1 hour)
            edge: 6 minutes, accidentally went over ponr
            warmdown: 1 hour (feels good)

            thoughts
            getting better at normal/V jelq technique
            major head expansion and fullness during edging

                edge 6 minutes- end with half cum due to stopping a second after ponr

                  too exhausted today, going to use this rest day to start up my 3 on 2 off schedule fully recovered tomorrow

                        kept erection going by stimulation: 10 minutes
                        warmdown: 15 minutes


                        i've noticed that getting erect only when jelqing is an issue, especially today. meds might still be wearing off.
                        i cant seem to get past 30% that easily without thinking of/looking at stuff when doing exercises
                        body position doesnt really affect erection levels, though standing up makes it harder to get an erection just by myself with no visual/mental stimuli
                        all of my exercises today varied from 30-70% erection level

                          exercises: 150 jelq, 120 vjelq
                          edge: 10 minutes then finished explosively
                          warmdown: 35 minutes

                          EQ returned back to normal, had good privacy so the session flew by with pretty good erection levels
                          made sure to get harder before i continued when i went below 50%

                            3 days on 2 days off is still the plan but I was too busy today to PE
                            asked my gf today if anything felt different, she said I felt longer and harder than I used to be. that's a good sign. I haven't measured any yet but I do think I visually look fuller, and longer when erect, even if its a small increase- as well as more veins
                            I also noticed kegels really been helping my flex hardness
                            going to start measuring every month, and not really obsess over measuring and just let enlargement happen
