    Ok so I'm making this log to track my results and what I do so I don't forget , any tips are very much appreciated.

    Stats:On 16th of June 2010
    FL:4.056"
    FG:3.705"
    NBEL:5.616"
    BPEL:6.318"
    EG middle :4.096"

    Yesterday 16th of June 2010 Started:

    Followed JP's 90 day routine completely

    Started off with a cup of green tea

    12 mins hot shower warm up
    followed by stretching 30 secs in each direction x 2
    helicopter shakes and big circles left and right after each stretch
    50 wet jelqs 2-3 secs each
    helicopter shakes x 35
    30 v-jelqs 2-3 secs
    50 wet jelqs 2-3 secs each
    helicopter shakes x 35
    30 v-jelqs 2-3 secs
    50 wet jelqs 2-3 secs each
    helicopter shakes x 35
    30 v-jelqs 2-3 secs
    helicopter shakes x 35

    Cooldown hot shower for 5 mins and a nice cup of green tea.

    Results: Felt rather good though I think I might have used too much pressure as today 17th of June had no morning wood but my cock was nice and fat and slightly longer when flaccid 4.29" to be exact.Is that a postive or negative P.I when I don't have morning wood but have fatter/longer flaccid?

    Glad you decided to start a progress log goal7! You'll come to find that it really does help to keep these logs as up to date as possible. In a year from now, it will be nice to be able to look back and see where you have had the most gains and where you could have possibly improved on things. It's also a great way to stay motivated, people will comment and follow your progress and possibly be able to recommend things that may benefit you as well. One thing I will recommend is putting your starting stats up here right away. In 3 months from now you can look back and compare where you were to where you currently are. Other than that little suggestion, in my opinion, your routine looks quite solid and very similar to the one that has led me to gain about 1/2 in 3 months. Looking forward to following your progress! If you happen to have any questions, don't hesitate to ask; lots of really helpful people on these forums who would love to help you along the way.

      Longer and fatter flaccid are definitely good PI's .... You didn't have morning wood because your penis was probably worked out pretty hard.

        Thanks for the comments, will post stats. I'm hoping this time not to become lazy and stay serious instead, would love to get some gains but the other benefits are also just as good.Another question if I didn't have any morning wood should I then not do any PE for that day and start again the day after?

          Did you always have morning wood before starting PE? Unless you had morning wood every single day before starting PE, I wouldn't worry about it. I only have morning wood occasionally, but all of my other PI's are positive, and I've made some gains.

            Occasionally I would have it but sometimes I wouldn't.

              Woke up today with no morning wood but instead my flaccid length and girth were a lot larger/bigger even though I didn't jelq yesterday, going to jelq later on tonight.

              My flaccid length this morning: 4.641"
              My flaccid girth this morning: 3.9" has almost caught up with my EG

              I started drinking a lot of green tea which also might of helped me 2-3 cups a day, but man is it just me or do you always have to take a shit a few hours after a cup?

              I feel like a new man already can't wait for some erect gains though I know it still might be to early for that.

                Yeah dude...that's what I'm saying...Just because you don't have morning wood doesn't mean you're doing something wrong. The larger/heavier flaccid is a very positive PI. Keep up with the green tea and the routine which seems to be working well for you. Monitoring your PI's is very important. The moment I notice something doesn't feel/look right, I make the necessary adjustments to my routine.

                  Ok did the same thing as my first post last night.DAMN my flaccid this morning is even longer and thicker then yesterday.

                  FG:4.095" is a bit weird because I'm the same when erect last time I checked.

                  The green tea is killing my stomach though and I have to fart every few minutes, I heard that green tea is also sometimes used as a laxative which makes sense in my opinion because I think I shat everything out of my intestines last night, and trust me it didn't feel good.

                  I also get the feeling I'm not measuring right because getting flaccid gains so fast is abit weird.

                      Morning wood was rock hard this morning followed by a normal boner which was also nice, so either these two things helped:
                      I did what boxer said in his "How I found my perfect jelq" or because after 2 weeks of not masturbating I thought it was unhealthy and used my good ol' imagination and managed to wank without porn.

                        Finished my session about an hour ago, about to have some tea with honey.Added some flaccid bends to my routine though I think I did it wrong, will look them up again later.

                        Cock is still a nice 4.563" NBFL.

                          Wow just read the TGC theory and I got to admit it makes a lot of sense that said I will now be adding more length exercises and stretching as my BPFSL is about .35" less then BPEL though I measured 2-3 hours after my session , will try again on Tuesday as tommorow is my rest day.I find that 1 on 1 off is perfect for me because on my rest day my cock feels slightly tired but on the second day its fighting fit again, so will be following this routine until I get the feeling I need more.

                            Ok 5 days in and I decided to measure my BPEL, NBEL and EG I'm guessing these are newbie gains.This is my rest day , so stats might be different tommorow.

                            Just barely 17cm BPEL (6.63") I had 17 something before I stopped last time.
                            NBEL:14.7cm (5.733")
                            MEG:11cm (4.29") Its looking very veiny, I think I had this when I stopped.

                            My routine before when I stopped wasn't the best of routines it was:

                            8-15mins warm up
                            stretching 30 secs each direction while kegeling
                            15-30 wet jelqs
                            10-15 v-jelqs
                            15-30 wet jelqs
                            10-15 v-jelqs
                            15-30 wet jelqs
                            10-15 v-jelqs all 2,3 secs each

                            With a no cooldown or I cooldowned with edging , I edged a lot then and masturbated everyday.

                            Still made some gains following that routine though I didn't have as much flaccid gains as I do now and I turtled everytime now I never turtle.So I definetly prefer the routine I'm doing now (first post)

                              I'm feeling disgusted with myself now after 2 weeks with no porn I ended up watching some for about 10 mins couldn't last longer than that was a god damn volcano eruption.

                              On the good side I won't watch porn again for awhile and I managed to measure my base girth which is 4.485" though I don't know the initial size.
