    Start again recently after the rollback for forum back to November 1, here is what I had:

    Goal: bpel 7 mseg 5
    Started 6/19/2019


    10/2/19 - bpel: 5.5 mseg: 4


    10/20/19 - jp 90 after rice sock, trying to heat up room temp to 78 degrees Farenheit to see if it helps w routine. O was done... bad habit that I need to break
    10/21/19 - jp 90 after rice sock, used P but no O
    10/22/19 - jp 90 after rice sock, used P but no O. EQ was great, and length felt good.
    10/23/19 - jp 90 after rice sock, no internet so no P. P and edging later in night, had to rush session for haircut.
    10/24/19 - jp 90 after rice sock, minor P. Some swelling in the head so went lower E level
    10/25/19 - rest day, ok EQ, solid MW but no size increases
    10/26/19 - rest day, ok EQ, solid MW but no size increases


    10/27/19 - jp 90 after rice sock, did not get through last round as O was reached. Need to stop doing side by side windows and only use P if EL not high enough
    10/28/19 - jp 90 after rice sock, no P used during session, did four rounds
    10/29/19 - jp 90 after rice sock, O reached during post-workout edge
    10/30/19 - jp 90 after rice sock, did some erect bends after.
    10/31/19 - jp 90 after rice sock, did some erect bends after. O reached during post-workout edge 2 hours after workout completed. No traction wrapping done today
    11/01/19 - bpfsl: 6 bpel: 5.5 mseg: 4 rest day - no gains so will try to figure out a new routine soon

    NEW ROUTINE TIME:
    11/03/19 - trying out big al's advanced jelq free routine. Finished total of 40 erect squeezes and 200 side-to-side stretches in morning. in afternoon did 4x30s stretches and 4x1m 360 bundled stretch, 5 min jelq and 5 min v-jelq. after workout, tried to balloon for 15 min but only got 2-3 min of ~70-80% eq and then no more. I do this all while watching anime, so not sure if it is the best way to do things as I am distracted

    11/24/2019 - big al's advanced jelq free routine after heating, 4x10s bundled stretch, 5 min jelq, 5 min v-jelq. I'd like to be able to balloon after my sessions, but I feel like EQ after the fourth set of erect squeezes is pretty low. Ended up failing NNN today... pretty disappointed in myself but I have to get back on track again. Hoping that keeping a log will help me keep myself accountable.

      11/25/2019 - rest day, ended up doing a couple (~3-400) side-to-side stretches while at the toilet at work bc I was bored

      11/27/2019 - rest day, did 300 side-to-side stretches at home
      11/28/2019 - turkey day, so did not touch the penis

      11/30/2019 - rest day, returned back to workplace where I came from
      12/01/2019 - big al's advanced jelq free routine after heating, 4x10s bundled stretch, 5 min jelq. I ballooned today to porn for 15 min, but did not ejaculate which I was proud of.

      12/02/2019 - rest day, did 200 side-to-side stretches at work
      12/03/2019 - big al's advanced jelq free routine after heating, 4x10s bundled stretch, 5 min jelq. I ballooned again today to porn, but reached PONR and ejaculated... 8 day streak of no ejaculation has been broken. I think I need to really decondition myself against porn and just not touch it at all, and balloon without once I can break my bad habits.

      I'm wondering if my side-to-side stretches at work are bad for my penis as it does take away from the rest my ligs get, so I'll post a question in the beginner's forum.

      Last week during Thanksgiving break though I think my BPEL was over 6" as it was just slightly shorter than the length of an iphone plus, so I think length progress has been made. Girth appears to be the same, which is a bit tricky bc I'm definitely on the low end of the girth spectrum.

Later on at night, did some ULIs, and tried to balloon but ended up ejaculating. Porn has been the big weakness, and I am going to force myself to read this log any time I want to watch it bc I need to hold myself accountable.

            I've noticed that if I jerk off, my PIs the day after aren't so great. However, I think my BPEL has increased from start of this routine about a month ago to 6" BPEL, but girth is the same. I can see about a quarter inch of skin between the scar from my circumcision to the head, which was not there before, which is encouraging.

                  Going to have surgery on Tuesday, so I will probably take off PE for some time. I've been a little inconsistent since the new year, but I plan on staying more consistent (probably going to do 4 on/3 off) while I am rehabbing, as will not be able to move around a ton.
