Start again recently after the rollback for forum back to November 1, here is what I had:

10/2/19 - bpel: 5.5 mseg: 4
10/20/19 - jp 90 after rice sock, trying to heat up room temp to 78 degrees Farenheit to see if it helps w routine. O was done... bad habit that I need to break
10/21/19 - jp 90 after rice sock, used P but no O
10/22/19 - jp 90 after rice sock, used P but no O. EQ was great, and length felt good.
10/23/19 - jp 90 after rice sock, no internet so no P. P and edging later in night, had to rush session for haircut.
10/24/19 - jp 90 after rice sock, minor P. Some swelling in the head so went lower E level
10/25/19 - rest day, ok EQ, solid MW but no size increases
10/26/19 - rest day, ok EQ, solid MW but no size increases
10/27/19 - jp 90 after rice sock, did not get through last round as O was reached. Need to stop doing side by side windows and only use P if EL not high enough
10/28/19 - jp 90 after rice sock, no P used during session, did four rounds
10/29/19 - jp 90 after rice sock, O reached during post-workout edge
10/30/19 - jp 90 after rice sock, did some erect bends after.
10/31/19 - jp 90 after rice sock, did some erect bends after. O reached during post-workout edge 2 hours after workout completed. No traction wrapping done today
11/01/19 - bpfsl: 6 bpel: 5.5 mseg: 4 rest day - no gains so will try to figure out a new routine soon

NEW ROUTINE TIME:
11/03/19 - trying out big al's advanced jelq free routine. Finished total of 40 erect squeezes and 200 side-to-side stretches in morning. in afternoon did 4x30s stretches and 4x1m 360 bundled stretch, 5 min jelq and 5 min v-jelq. after workout, tried to balloon for 15 min but only got 2-3 min of ~70-80% eq and then no more. I do this all while watching anime, so not sure if it is the best way to do things as I am distracted

11/17/2019 - woke up with the best morning wood I've had in ages. I started no porn and no fap at the beginning of November and I think I'm never gonna go back to fapping...

I'd like to be able to balloon after my sessions, but I feel like EQ after the fourth set of erect squeezes is pretty low. Ended up failing NNN today... pretty disappointed in myself but I have to get back on track again. Hoping that keeping a log will help me keep myself accountable.
