Notes: I tried performing RK during the clamping and edging to find the muscle. I believe I found it but I’m not quite sure. Just trying to increase my stamina while increasing size. Dedicated and determined. Going to incorporate some stretching when I wake up. 👍🏾. Stretches and bundled stretches in a few hours. That’s the last EJ until intercourse. It was good while it lasted. Also I been weening off porn, haven’t been using it.

Was tired so nothing more. Trying to keep variation of how long I pump so the member doesnt get used to it. Maybe 1 hr 2 days a week, 30-40 mins 2-3 times a week. Lets get this growth boys. Maybe pump, jelq, clamp, and edge on girth days
As far as adding length, I think I need to stretch, bundle stretch, perform side to side, and edge on length sessions
