Its been some days. Took some time off for my special day. Time to get back to it. Probably start pumping again tonight along with some strecthing and jelqing.

20 min edge (currently about to do, will try and not EJ) but no promises :) working on lasting longer. Have to be bigger and last longer
Side note: after warming up and pumping we were looking at 6.8 in the air pump or 17-17.5cm in the cylinder. While using the bathmate it was around the same measurement. Final measurement after jelqs entering the air pump we were able to reach 18 cm aka 7 in :). Can’t wait to continue to do this and cement the gains and finally be at 7 in. Though it’s not a tape measurement or ruler measurement, I’m gonna keep my hope alive. Hoping the girth catches up with it as well. Going to do 250 s2s when I wake up along with some stretching
newbie question. first off congrats on reaching 7 inch mark while pumped. Heres my question: Could you pump for 20-30 min before sex and be able to use 7 inches for sex. Or does it go back down.

3 sets of 10 min clamping (felt numb afterwards but feeling returned. I was able to reach 5.25 clamped which was a great sign. Member felt heavy after the workout)
Edged w/EJ set for 20 mins but only lasted 6. I have to overcome the urge of wanting to get off. But last night I was a bit horny so I have to get in my right mind of edging without masturbation being the goal or at least edge when im not horny to avoid EJ before alloted time.

TBD Honestly may just warm up, stretch and hit some s2s and call it a session. After todays session, I know its going to take some time to heal so dont want to push it to far or tire it out. May just pump and edge 3 times a week

Rest Day. I thought about stretching but never got around to it, but back to pumping and clamping tonight! Girth busters here we come. Chasing that 7" length and 5.25 girth by the end of the year. Definitely possible, I need to last longer and increase the EQ to consistently reach the goal. No use in being bigger if you cant last longer.
