Alright and there was the first major break of the schedule but it was an important weekend for me with me being out all day and night up until 4-5am some nights and I wouldnt have the energy to PE. But now that its all over with I can resume training once again.

alright I fell off quite hard tbh. I purchased the Quick Pro Extender. Havent logged much time and i honestly need to get back into PE. Been feeling like I need to be bigger with the GF. Of course there's no complaint from her and Im the perfect dick to her but I want more as any man wants. Starting back on 2/2/20 im back on full routine and I'm hoping to stay consistent and potentially hit my short term goal of 7" by the end of the year. I want 7.5" or more but thats long term. Lets do it gents!

Going to try a 2 a day routine. As I’m not a noob, just not consistent. Want to at least jelq and pump twice a day

Stretch 5-10 min in shower under hot water
Stretched multiple times today randomly when visiting the bathroom.
