    Bathmate 20 min (cold/room temp water, not the best but didn’t feel like warming it up)
    100 Jelqs
    1 min stretches in direction
    Clamped edging 20 mins (trying no release tonight)

    Ended up releasing

    Alright and there was the first major break of the schedule but it was an important weekend for me with me being out all day and night up until 4-5am some nights and I wouldnt have the energy to PE. But now that its all over with I can resume training once again.

    1 min 30seconds stretching (left, right, down and up) total = 6 mins of stretching
    Pumping 20 mins with warm/heated water
    Jelq 100(left and right =1)
    Clamped edging 10 mins
    Non clamped edging 10 mins
    RELEASE

    alright I fell off quite hard tbh. I purchased the Quick Pro Extender. Havent logged much time and i honestly need to get back into PE. Been feeling like I need to be bigger with the GF. Of course there's no complaint from her and Im the perfect dick to her but I want more as any man wants. Starting back on 2/2/20 im back on full routine and I'm hoping to stay consistent and potentially hit my short term goal of 7" by the end of the year. I want 7.5" or more but thats long term. Lets do it gents!

    5:47-6:07 Edging without porn.. read sex story and used imagination - 20 mins...
    6:07 release

    Going to try a 2 a day routine. As I’m not a noob, just not consistent. Want to at least jelq and pump twice a day

    7:48-9:05pm Quick Extender Pro (hour and 17 min wear)
    11:08-12:08am Quick Extender Pro (1 hour wear)
    Total time extended: 2 hours and 17 mins... I'm aiming for 4 hours a day starting tomorrow

    Jelqing 15 mins (100 regular jelqs +25 V jelqs)
    5 min stretch
    25-27 min edging with release. Better control this time around. O was amazing. Thinking of edging without release, but its hard when it feels so good

    Stretch 5-10 min in shower under hot water
    Stretched multiple times today randomly when visiting the bathroom.
    Kinda upset I didn't have the time/privacy to get more done today but stretching and kegeling was the most I could do today.
