    Air pumping and clamping leaves me with a thicker flaccid all day. Some fluid but mostly just thicker all day. I will include some stretching today for the simple fact I need length as well. Looking at wanting to cement 6.7-6.75 length by the end of the year. Hopefully it turns out that way

    I’m waiting until I find a good routine to reach 7 and potentially break into hanging. It’s easier for me to pump versus hanging.
