    It’s something I’m testing. The bathmate is great and all but being able to pump without water is nice as well. The days I do both, I’m going for max expansion. With hot water, the bath mate becomes the warm up and pump session . Then the air pump can then tackle pumping after the ligament is warm and ready to go. Combo with some jelqs it can be an intense workout.

    10 mins clamped kegals
    15 min edge

    I noticed without warm up that when I entered and turned the pump on that I’m already at 17cm which is 6.7”. Which was different, normally I have to warm up a set to reach that. It’s been a few times I’ve reached 7” inside the pump, again today was another time i reached 7” after being in the pump for awhile. It seems that I’m gaining some length maybe? I won’t completely say I am until I’m able to reach 7 before being in the pump. That will be the true indicator for me. I know my long term goal for the year is around 7x5.25, but maybe with 6 months remaining maybe 7.25-7.50x5.25-5.50 girth. I would be ecstatic if I could reach so since my final goal would be 8x6.

    Edge (tried the total man video workout with 25 kegals between PONR about 5 times) Nice Workout honestly. Hate I havent been doing this honestly.
