What’s going on guys. I recently have been wanting to get into PE and make my member longer. Currently feel that it could be bigger and thicker. Wanting to become bigger for myself and my gf. No complaints from her but I’d still like to be bigger. Also need to work on lasting longer. Starting with JP90. Started Thursday with a bathmate with hot water for 30 mins, I intended to do 20 but ended up going longer. Here’s my session:
Bathmate pumping: 30 mins
Manual stretches: circle stretches (don’t remember how much)
Jelq: 150 ( both hands is 1 rep)
Edging: 10-15 mins not quite sure I pretty much ended up cumming cause it felt so good.
Starting stats:
BPEL: 6.25”

150 Jelq
Less than 10 mins edging
Once again that sensation bug got me. I gotta do better man. Need to shoot for 30 mins sessions. Did 1 day on 1 off but may push for a 3 days on and 1 off type of schedule

Not even 24 hours later here we are. I think tonight we will try to add some stretches in. At least 30-45 seconds in each direction.

Yea We are going to continue with it being a rest day. I want to give it a chance to recover. Going to pick up tomorrow 12/10/19 with another 100 Jelqs, 20 mins pump and stretches. So much of me wants to do it everyday or do more but I dont want to overdue it and not gain anything because I dont know what went wrong. Also looking into extending as well. Maybe something not too expensive... THe Phallosan Forte sounds and looks great but $300+ is a bit much

I was very similar to your size starting about 6mo ago. I also started with a bathmate. Took me months to work up to 20m and full pressure, so just be careful thats alot of pumping for a few days into a routine. That being said, I think you're going to grow like a weed. I sure did with a very similar routine. Best of luck man.

Appreciate it man. When I wasn’t doing PE consistently I was doing 45 mins which had my member heavy. But I don’t like the lengthy session when it has to be followed with jelq and stretching. Current routine takes an hour, which is still too long as well. Thanks for the encouraging words I’m trying to stay consistent
