    Hi All,

    I figured it would be good for me to start one of these. When better than 1/1/20. New Year's resolution or something like that. First, I guess a little background about me. I'm 32. I first came across PE when I was in high school. I have done various manual PE over the years, but never kept it up beyond a couple of weeks. I would see temporary gains but nothing permanent. I am lucky and am above average in size. I was an early bloomer and hit my full size by 7th/8th grade. With that context, I come from a family of well endowed men. My dad is significantly bigger than I am. I have always had a bit of a complex that I didn't end up as big as him. And thought about the what if I had actually had a normal growth spurt in high school.

    So on to my current PE path. I started in 8/2019 and have been at it since then. My work and life schedules are very erratic and unpredictable so I have to be a bit of an opportunistic PE'er. The first two months, I did mostly Jelqs and manual stretches. The third month, I began to experiment with other exercises to see what gave me the most bang for my buck in terms of time. The last 2 months my routine has been stable. As I am an opportunistic PE'er, my daily routine continuously changes. My current regimen consists of:

    Bundled Stretch (540 - 720 twist) held for 60 seconds x2
    50-100 Dry Jelqs

    I am able to do this usually 2-3x per day.

    About once a week I have some extra time to do an extended session and add in manual stretches and extra Bundles and Jelqs.

    I try and do some exercises every day knowing that there are going to be days I don't get an opportunity. This usually means 1-2 days a week are off or light sessions.

    I also do Kegels throughout the day when I think about it. I have never counted the number, but I would guess I do somewhere between 100 and 200 a day.

    So after 5 months what have a got to show for it:

    8/2019 - prior to starting
    Flaccid Length (under ideal conditions): 5.1 inches
    Stretched Flaccid Length: 7.1 inches
    Erect Length: 7.4 inches
    Erect Girth: 5.4 inches

    1/2020
    Flaccid Length (under ideal conditions): 5.25 inches
    Stretched Flaccid Length: 7.25 inches
    Erect Length: 7.5 inches
    Erect Girth: 5.5 inches

    Gains:
    Flaccid Length (under ideal conditions): 0.15 inches
    Stretched Flaccid Length: 0.15 inches
    Erect Length: 0.1 inches
    Erect Girth: 0.1 inches


    I won't be updating this daily or weekly like some on here. I hope to be able to update once a month. My plan is to measure once a month.

    I look forward to sharing this journey with everyone. I am happy to answer any questions and would appreciate any feedback/suggestions on my routine.

      6 Months of PE

      The month of January was a bit sub-par for my PE efforts. Given my schedule there was 1 week where I wasn't able to do really any PE. I felt as though the rest of the month was a reasonable effort. Being a bit of a numbers guy I started tracking how much PE I was doing. This is the first month I did this, so we'll see where it goes from here. I anticipate it being informative to compare across months and to see if I change up my routine if it impacts gains.

      For the month of January:

      Jelqs: 2055 (66.3/day)
      Bundled Stretches: 29.5 minutes (0.95min/day)
      Regular Stretches: 26.5 minutes (0.85 min/day)

      The per day numbers are based off of the 31 days of the month. This is a little deceiving as there are rest days in there. However, this will give a normalized comparison across months with different days.

      Results:
      - Subjective -
      Having spent a little more time on here I figured I'd comment on a couple other aspects of PE and size that I hadn't in my original post. First, my EQ has always been very good. So, I have not seen any change in that over the 6 months. I know that improvement in EQ is a portion of newbie gains, which likely explains at least part of my slow gains.

      Second, I had quite a variability of my flaccid size with quite a bit of turtling. Hence the "ideal conditions" disclaimer on my flaccid length measurement. I have noticed over the 6 months much less turtling and much more time spent at a fuller flaccid size.

      - Objective -

      8/2019 - prior to starting
      Flaccid Length (under ideal conditions): 5.1 inches
      Stretched Flaccid Length: 7.1 inches
      Erect Length: 7.4 inches
      Erect Girth: 5.4 inches

      1/2020
      Flaccid Length (under ideal conditions): 5.25 inches
      Stretched Flaccid Length: 7.25 inches
      Erect Length: 7.5 inches
      Erect Girth: 5.5 inches

      2/2020
      Flaccid Length (under ideal conditions): 5.75 inches
      Stretched Flaccid Length: 7.3 inches
      Erect Length: 7.5 inches
      Erect Girth: 5.75 inches

      Gains:

      **Last Month**
      Flaccid Length (under ideal conditions): 0.5 inches
      Stretched Flaccid Length: 0.05 inches
      Erect Length: 0 inches
      Erect Girth: 0.25 inches

      **Total**
      Flaccid Length (under ideal conditions): 0.65 inches
      Stretched Flaccid Length: 0.2 inches
      Erect Length: 0.1 inches
      Erect Girth: 0.35 inches


      In the last month it has been an incredible increase in my flaccid size and erect girth. But no real increase in my erect length. I plan to keep the same routine going for this month and see what my results are.

        7Months of PE

        Much like last month, I had a week in February where I was unable to do any PE. However, I still managed to come close to my numbers from last month.

        For the month of February:

        Jelqs: 1550 (53.4/day)
        Bundled Stretches: 67 minutes (2.31min/day)
        Regular Stretches: 15 minutes (0.52 min/day)

        Total:
        Jelqs: 3605
        Bundled Stretches: 96.5 minutes
        Regular Stretches: 41.5 minutes


        Results:
        - Subjective -
        I have continued to have a good EQ with my routine. My flaccid size continues to hang at the bigger end of my range without much change noticeable over the last month.

        - Objective -

        I was able to maintain my gains over the last month. My stretched flaccid length has always been less than my erect length. I am optimistic that with the increase in the flaccid stretched length, I may see some gains in my erect length soon. Again, since I have been seeing gains, I plan to keep at the same routine.

          8 Months of PE

          Social distancing has afforded me extra time for PE which can bee seen below in the numbers.

          For the month of March:

          Jelqs: 4400 (141.9/day)
          Bundled Stretches: 191 minutes (6.2min/day)
          Regular Stretches: 180 minutes (5.8 min/day)

          Total:
          Jelqs: 8025
          Bundled Stretches: 287.5 minutes
          Regular Stretches: 221.5 minutes


          Results:
          - Subjective -
          I continue to have a longer flaccid hang which is visibly thicker as well. Unfortunately, I probably overtrained towards the end of the month and had a reduction in EQ. The measurements below were during this time, and likely do not really represent progress accurately.

          - Objective -

          8/2019 - prior to starting
          Flaccid Length (under ideal conditions): 5.1 inches
          Stretched Flaccid Length: 7.1 inches
          Erect Length: 7.4 inches
          Erect Girth: 5.4 inches


          2/29/2020
          Flaccid Length (under ideal conditions): 5.75 inches
          Stretched Flaccid Length: 7.5 inches
          Erect Length: 7.5 inches
          Erect Girth: 5.75 inches


          3/31/2020

          I am not surprised by the continued increase in SFL. I have noticed that while doing stretches my penis seems much more pliable with less resistance when stretched. Hopefully next time I measure, my EQ will be back to baseline and possibly see some improvement in erect length. Given the decrease in EQ towards the end of March, I am taking a few days off to start April to allow things to rest and heal. It does not feel like any injury, just worn out. After that I plan to keep at the same routine but being mindful of overtraining with my current ability to PE more.
