no gains due to changing my first routine with only 75% commitment !!
so i decided to stick with my first routine
20~30 mins stretches / 20~30 mins jelq 2 days on 1 day off
first day at week 6 (Back to the track week)
Saturday - Sunday on
Monday off
Tuesday - Wednesday on
Thursday off
Friday is on

big al , i changed my routine adding side to side and more workout ,
this happened last week , so i started this week with
stretches 2x30 sec all direction and 15 mins jelqs

last week was hard , i had an extreme pain on my back
wasn't able to pick something from the floor !
used some creams and oints so i'm pretty good now 85% good ...
it wass 4 on 3 off last week
& week 7 started with off day that was yesterday...
