    Hey folks!

    I've been reading posts here on Pegym for years. Tried many times, but didn't have much motivation. Well, now I do! Motivation, discipline and information. I guess that counts, right?

    Sorry if I write something in a bad english. It's not my first language.

    Ok... Back to the post.

    Measures:
    BPEL = 5,9
    NBPEL = 5,5
    EG:
    head = 4,7
    middle = 5,5
    Flaccid = 1,18(length)

    My long-term goal: 8x6 and a healthy penis, of course (a good EQ, for example).
    My goal for this year: at least 1/2 inch in EL and have a better flaccid(I'm a grower, btw).

    I know it's not an easy task...far from it. It'll take years, probably, IF I get there. But I'll try my best. I hope you guys help me with advices.

    I began January 8(this year). Days 8 and 9 I just did 50 jelqs and 1 hour of edging. Then I rested for three days.

    Today I decided to not use my pump anymore. It was a cheap and bad one, anyway, and I didn't think it was having much effect. So I thought to save some money and buy a brand new( and good) one. Oh I bought an extender. I think it'll arrive here in February.

      I was reading some posts and then decided not to do v-jelqs anymore - well, at least for the time being. I want more lenght than girth right now.

      Pis:

      -Woke up with a larger flaccid(not a morning wood, but still...)
      -Longer flaccid almost all the day(and after the workout, btw)
      -More erections
      -Flaccid is 4,3 after the pe for some minutes; normaly, since I began(two days after, I guess), is 3,5. Not bad for a newbie and grower. But there's always that turtle effect... And then the flaccid returns to its shameful 1,18(so much for my hang!) or worse than that...

      I'm going to rest on this weekend. Monday I'll bet on a 5 days on, 2 days off routine. I'll post how it goes next Saturday.

        This week I tried a 5 days on, 2 days off routine. Here's what I did:

        Warm up = 7 min
        Stretching = 6 min
        Jelq = 150
        Kegel and R-Kegel = 50 reps for each one, plus 2 min reps of 5 seconds hold for each one
        Edging = 30 min
        LAS = 10 min
        Warm down = 5 min

        Observations:

        I

        Friday I didn't edge. All the other days, yes, I did, and every single time I had a drop of pre cum(something I've never had before so often). Monday, the first day, I had two drops of it.

        II

        Jelq takes at least one hour for me. Sometimes I still have a 100% erection, so it takes some time to get to lower one and work with it... Anyway, the body is getting used to it. It was worse, way worse before.

        III

        Two morning woods in the whole week. Can't remember the days.

        IV

        My flaccid is bigger: length and girth. The first one is bigger than the other in general. I often woke up without a morning wood this week, but with a larger flaccid. Guess it's working.

        V

        I want more length than girth for now. I read two or three times the thread "Length first, girth second" and it makes sense. I want more length than girth, anyway. So I'm good. Plus, at least I have a good girth. I'll work on it later.

        VI

        I always edged with porn or something erotic(images, at least). I read some threads here and there on Pegym and thought a lot about changing that. So I did edge with porn till wednesday, then I did one edging session without it - one of 15 minutes, or so I planned: took 20 minutes. It takes more time. Conclusion: I'll quit using porn. It was like a drug to me - besides, it's not real.

        I had more erections almost all the day, almost every day. Plus, some were real hard... Like 8 or 9 quality.

        Next week I'll use my extender. I'll adapt the routine to it. For now, while I rest this weekend, I'll plan. Let's see how it goes. Oh, I was doing PE on and off for sometime those years: edging, did some kegels and jelqs, but never this way. So I'm going to take the safe path. "Better safe than sorry".


        P.s: today, Saturday 01, I just woke up with a good morning wood. I remember reading somewhere here on the forum that the morning wood depends on the quality of your sleep, and mine is kind of poor, I mean, it's not really regular, and I guess the times I had a morning wood (most of them) it was due to a good night sleep(and PE, but you got the idea). It was a really good erection, rock hard, dude! I almost didn't believe it.

          Just did the warm up, 150 jelqs, stretches. Now there are still kegels, LAS and maybe an edging.

          I decided to not use the extender. I'll finish a 3 or more months manual routine(the foundation of it is a Jp90) first, condition my penis and see if I can gain at least one inch in EL this year. By the way, I think it's already working: my penis is heavier sometimes, among other things.

          I'll keep posting once a week. This post was an exception.

            I did another 5 days on, 2 days off routine. I think I'm gonna stick to it for some time. Here's what I did:


            Warm up = 7 min
            Stretching = 6 min
            Jelq = 150
            Kegel and R-Kegel = 50 reps for each one, plus 2 min reps of 5 seconds hold for each one
            Edging = 30 min
            LAS = 10 min
            Warm down = 5 min


            This time I only did edging two times. Warmed down only one time, if I remember well. Monday I didn't do Kegels nor LAS, and another day I did only 100 jelqs, so I did try to compesate those days on Thursday and Friday, dividing what I could. Ended up not doing LAS, but did the other ones this way:

            Thursday
            Jelqs = 175
            Kegels and R-Kegels = 75 reps for each one, 3 minutes of 5 sec reps(hold and release)

            Friday
            Jelqs = 175
            Kegels and R-Kegels = 75 reps for each one, 3 minutes of 5 sec reps(hold and release)

            About PIs:

            >I noted that in general the days I slept well I woke up with a mooning wood - a good one. EQ was an 7-8, I think. It was hard, but not so hard as I already had sometimes.
            >Flaccid heavier, bigger(length and girth), but not everyday
            >I feel my erect length is bigger, but not really sure - have to check it, measure it
            >I felt some soreness some days, during and right after some workouts, but had positive PIs, so it was ok
            >Quit porn, so my erections vary more(read and watched some videos about that - it's quite common, so I didn't worried anymore)
            >EQ is better: 7-8, I guess. It's harder sometimes, I get more erections during the day and they last more
            >I've got the impression that I have more veins...

              This one is more for me, by the way. I was feeling a bit down, so I'm posting this more to me. I don't know, in case I feel the same way again, I can come back here and read this once or twice. Don't know about you, guys, but it works for me.

              Look, I know when it comes to sex having a big dick is not everything. Hell no! I guess if you don't have a micropenis, having a 'normal/average one' is ok, sometimes good or great - I mean, oral and anal, you know? Besides, sex is not about only the guy, or the woman, but both - we all know that, but sometimes we forget it. I forget, for God sake! Anyway, I guess you just have to own what you have, work on other things, do your best to increase size, if you want.

              Nevertheless, a bigger dick has a visual and psychological effect/impact, can give you more confidence, among other things.

              I'm not gonna lie: I started this journey to a bigger dick with only the size in mind. As I was researching and living life, I came across many and diverse info and opinions. Now, with some months of pe on my belt, I can really say that I'm not doing it only for a size increase - it's also for a healthy penis. Good EQ, more size(length and girth), more veins etc. It's not really only about size anymore. I always try to keep in mind two things users here on the forum have said:

              Keeping those things in mind gives more patience, hope. I say this because there are days, even weeks, I thought nothing would change. I thought: "Nothing is gonna change. You won't grow an inch...never!". My mind was a battle. Lucky me, although I'm not a smart guy, I read a lot, and so eventually I not only believed pe could work(cause makes sense), but achieved some shy results. Some result is still a result, right
              ?So those small gains keep me going - and I`m not talking only about erect lenght, but flaccid(I turtle a lot...), duration, hardness and frequency of erections, some veins etc.

              So it works... Now I know from experience. That`s great. It`s more a matter of time, patience and consistency. So don`t give up, man.

                This time I did 3 days on, 2 days off plus 1 more day on. "Why, dude?". Well I didn't have much time and privacy.

                Same routine:

                Warm up = 7 min
                Stretching = 6 min
                Jelq = 150
                Kegel and R-Kegel = 50 reps for each one, plus 2 min reps of 5 seconds hold for each one
                Edging = 30 min
                LAS = 10 min
                Warm down = 5 min

                Notes:

                > I did edging 2 times: once I did a 35 min session. Not a single drop of pre-cum. Don't know why.
                > I feel my penis is heavier and I see it a bit longer and larger. Didn't measure yet, so I'm not sure.
                > Didn't do LAS one day...
                > Last week I had sex on weekend. Didn't cum Saturday(more than 20 min), but did cum Sunday after 15-20 min.
                > On my days off this week I got lucky again: Thursday and Friday. Hear me out on this one...The first day my EQ was really low, at 3-6. We stayed at the room for 4 hours and after 2 hours, more or less, I got an erection(a 7, let's say)... That's not normal for me. But here's the thing: maybe it's because it was our first meeting and my first one with a woman in a love hotel( straight out) - I say this because maybe I was too nervous, and because after a lot of chat we actually did some moves, but I was not rock hard, so I just massaged her and got an 8-9 erection 3 minutes later - this time we did for like 20-30 minutes.                   That's it. Didn't do everything, but at least some.

                  Jelqs= 100
                  Kegel + R-Kegel =
                  50 reps for each one, plus 2 min reps of 5 seconds hold for each one

                  I had many problems because of not much time, management and privacy. I decided to divide the jelqs in 3 parts. I'll do at least 2 minutes of warm up and down in each session. That's what I'll do next week.

                    Hey guys!

                    Last week I did 2 days on, 1 day off: Monday and Tuesday on, Wednesday off, Thursday and Friday on, Saturday and Sunday I rested.

                    My routine:

                    Warm up = 7 min
                    Stretches = 6 min and 30 s (from Tuesday till Friday I added those 30 s for a down position. I'll keep doing it from now on)
                    Jelqs = 200
                    LAS = 10 min
                    Edging = 30 min(Monday I didn't do it; Tuesday I did 33 minutes)
                    Kegel and R-Kegel = 50 reps for each one, plus 2 min reps of 5 seconds hold for each one
                    Warm down = 5 min

                    Tuesday after my edging I had a pre-cum. I don't really know if I had one single drop, but a bigger one, or two drops that mixed up. Don't know. But it was way better: had more 'material', was more consistent and 'whiter'(I hope you know what I mean). The rest of the week I did my edging sessions and didn't have pre cum. What's up with that? I'd like to produce more of it. I find it beautiful and cool. I guess my girl would like it or love it too... Let's see about it. I hope so, and I also hope to have pre-cum while we do it, or before that.

                    Don't remember which day was, but I was seeing my dick and thought it was a little bigger, different, a bit heavier. I measure 2 times that day and four times other days: once I got 16 cm(I was so happy! But then I realized I was measuring wrong, different the way I did before, then I remeasure and got 5,9" / 15 cm), two times I got 6,1" / 15,5 cm, three other I got 5,9" / 15 cm. So I'll take I have 5,9" / 15 cm, cause the two last measures were that. It's more beliaveable. Anyway, I'll measure another times. The point is: I gained something! Something erect, for the record. I guess I'm doing something right, because my PIs are going well so far.

                    So that's it guys. I'm really happy. I'll keep doing this routine, will just add 5 minutes to the edging of Tuesday and 30 minutes more to Friday(since I rest 2 days...). Oh, and I'll add 1 minute to the kegels and Reverse one, and 10 more for the quick reps till Tuesday; Thursday and Friday will do 100 quick reps for each type of Kegel. I'll keep watching my PIs as always and maintain, if everything goes allright, this new routine. Wish me luck(I'll need it lol)!!

                      I didn't do my kegels and reverse ones everyday of my routine - I did it only two days.
                      Friday, the last day, I did one hour of edging and 150 jelqs. After I finished my edging I had some pre-cum.

                          Hey guys!

                          With this covid thing, I did what I could here...I had a lot of time, but not much privacy.

                          I basically did warm up, stretches, 50 jelqs and from time to time, warm down. Oh, lots of edging - 30 minutes to 1h(not everyday). I wasn't consistent... Didn't do it always. I mean, There was this whole week I didn't do a thing.

                          Now it's worse... The privacy thing. Here's what I can do now:

                          Warm up = 6 m
                          Stretches = 4 m
                          Edging = 30 m to 1h(it depends on the day...But it's really rare to do 1 h) -- I'll try to add kegels(but not much and just a bit)
                          Warm down = 5 m
                          Kegels = I'll do a new routine. I'll post here, but for now, I just do 100 kegels and 100 r-kegels.

                          I measured today and my EL is 5,9'(15 cm). It grew a lot(at least to me) and I didn't expected... I'm happy and will go on and keep adding more and more gradually.

                            Hey guys!

                            I'm back. I'm gonna measure these days and will be back to my routine. Unfortunately I stopped the exercises 2 or 3 months ago. A privacy and, let's be honest, more of a lazy issue, because I could do at least a short and basic routine.

                            Anyway, I'll try keep a routine...at least a minimum and good one.
