    Hello there, I'm going to be posting my routine to keep an accurate log and to get advice from vets and newbies alike.

    started P.E. back in sept 2018 but had to stop for 6 months due to a suspected hard flaccid. I'm pretty certain that it was all in my head. it gave me a good foundation for reverse kegels at least.

    March 15th 2019 I started a simplified jp90 routine with just 2 days a week. in 2 weeks I gained 1/8 " in bpel. From there on I gradually increased time and intensity for 5-6 months until I stalled at ~.5" gain. I decided to take a month long de-con break, I seemed to gain ~1/16 bpel after that.

    after the de-con I started vac hanging. I've gained another solid 1/16" in about a month of getting used to vac hanging. I've only been using 2-2.5 lbs but I've worked up to being able to vac hang for 4 hours at a time. I'll generally hang for 4-6 hours a day and try to work in as much ads time as well.

    Yesterday I did another 6 hours at 2-2.5 lbs, 40 minuites of bundled hanging and 2 hours in the ads

    Yesterday 6 hours at 2-2.5 lbs, 40 minuites of bundled hanging, 3 hours in the ads.

    today 5 hours at 2-2.5 lbs, 20 minuites of bundled hanging, 3 hours ADS.

    ~5 1/2 hours today at 2-2.5 lbs, 40 minuites of bundled hanging, 2 hours in the ADS. I'm gonna do my hanging in the morning and wear the ads all throughout the day.

    6 1/2 hours yesterday and probably at least around 5 hours in the ADS. 20 minuites of bundled hanging

    4 hours of hanging today, 20 minuites of bundled hanging and 2 hours of ADS.

    yesterday and today I hung the same 2-2.5 lbs for 6 hours and did ~ 2 hours in the ads with 40 minuites of bundled hanging. still trying to get up earlier to do 4 hours of hanging in the morning and more time in the ADS. I'm just gonna update this thread on a weekly basis as I don't see the point in posting the same routine daily. I'm experimenting with eq and girth exercises too.

    Alright so for the past week it was 2.5 lbs for 6 hours and as much time in the ads as possible, which is still only a few hours on average.

    For a couple days I only hung for 4 hours.

    I'm now able to hang 2.5 lbs for 5 straight hours.

    My BPFSL may have gone up 1/16th of an inch.

    My EQ hasn't been great, so I'm not too sure about any BPEL gains as of yet.

    Ok, for the last week I've changed from hanging 2-2.5 lbs to hanging 2.5 - 3 lbs. My eq was terrible for a while. It's gotten a bit better now and I may be measuring an extra 16th '' in bpel.

    for the first three days I started with just two hours a day and I've worked up to doing about 4 hrs, with ~3 - 3.5 hour steady sessions.

    I've also gotten a bit more into edging and kegeling. I'm not counting my kegels or timing my edging, just doing it here and there and it seems to be good for my eq. I was experimenting with angion 1.0 and hand clamping previously but stopped when my EQ went down a bit.

    had EQ issues for a few days. This is either from too much edging, too much hanging, porn, or all three. I'm experimenting with off days. I don't think I'll take a true off day, just lessen time on that day.
