I haven't fallen off the wagon - just not feeling well - really just tired.
Anyhow another update regarding overall health.
In 9/2019 i weighed 188 pounds and now I am at 150 pounds.
My waist went from 39 inches to 32 inches during that time.
Needless to say it made my penis look a ton larger.

I know this may be silly, but I think I will get the best results for myself by focusing on reducing the curve in my shaft. From what I've read my length is fine even with the curve. The biggest bang for my buck so to speak will be to remove at least half of the curve. I still want some curve.
anyhow, i got 2 hours of extending in plus some manual stretches with some uli with the occasional bend against the curve.
i measured kinda and my bone pressed stretch length was 7 3/8 inches. not too bad! not a monster length wise, but my girth is strong!Last edited by ErnieStreet; 02-20-2020 at 01:38 AM. Reason: added workout

today i did some manual stretches, pumped about 30 minutes

today i extended for 1 1/2 hours. I had to add the short rod 20 minutes in the set. I pumped for about an hour and reached close to 7 inches with a packed tube. I do not believe that I achieved anything close to a full erection.
i finished everything off with some jelqing.

today i extend for 1 1/2 hours. I could not add the rods like yesterday.
i pumped for an hour and stayed between 3-5 hg. today it looked like I hit 7" in the pump.

my PIs are good day to day and things are improving. harder and longer is the goal.I want to be as big as possible. I'm greedy.

yesterday I extended for about two hours and did some ULIs.
I had to add the short rods again. I am extending really close to 7 inchesI want to be as big as possible. I'm greedy.

Today i was able to extend for 1 hour 45 minutes. I had to adjust the extender several times and after adding the small extender rod I had to adjust the bottom screws. After my workout my bpfsl increased to almost 7 1/2 inches. I seem to be gaining bpfsl better using the extender rather than hanging and I always point it down to hit my ligaments.
I ran in to the problem of skin stretch. I did have a problem at the end of my session - my penis tried to get hard and I felt the pressure on the top of my shaft where my bend it. I couldn't find any information on this so I hope that it isn't too bad. It didn't last too long and I assume that it is similar to light erection bends (if that is what it is called).
I will do some pumping sometime today and before that some manual stretches. My erections are not as firm and from what I read this is expected.

HUH!! so upset! today my extender broke. I guess I will switch to a manual routine and stretch often during the day until I can get another one. I've been thinking about a vacuum extender and now I guess I will have to get one.
