Hello everyone. I've been wanting to start doing PE consistently with no luck for a while. I always end up coming back to the forums to read some success stories and try to get back on it.
Today I will try to start the JP 90 day routine.
Starting point:
6.0 inches NBPEL
4.5 inches EG
1st goal:
7.0 inches NBPEL
5 inches EG
Dream:
8.0 inches NBEL
6 inches EG
Also want to improve my EQ and flacid lenght, but to start my focus will be lenght.
The routine so I can always check it out in my thread:
1. Warm up (5min)
2. Stretch: helicopter, side stretches, circle stretches (10 min)
3. 50 wet jelq - 30 V jelq - 50 wet jelq - 30 V jelq - 50 wet jelq - 30 V jelq
4. Warm down (5 min)
I will also try to start exercising, eating better and stop masturbating to porn

Day 1: session done I did jelqs on 60-80% erection and my penis felt very pumped at the end. Will try to do them on lower erection level next time for lenght

Day 2: 27/02 session done Instead of counting jelq reps I did 30 mins alternating wet jelqs and v jelqs because I was watching a show. It was hard to get some erection level. I should be at least a bit erected when Jelqing correct?

Holy shit a month goes by so fast. I have been doing stretches some days but wasnt focused enough to keep the routine :/
Will try to start over.
Today I did 20 min full body exercise - shower (warm up - stretches) then 30 min wet jelq. Guess this routine will work efficiently time-wise.
Should I jelq more than 30 minutes?
Also, when I jelq I usually pull some skin from the bottom, almost from the balls, and it makes it harder to jelq the full penis. Should I be pulling the skin down before I place the hand at the bottom of the penis for a good slow jelq?
