    @Bornstanley - thanks man, turns out I was pretty sick and have developed viral Pneumonia - possibly covid-19 related. They are not testing yet but I was very close to being admitted to hospital after my girlfriend couldn't wake me up. I have been very unwell for about a week. I am recovering now, feeling much better.

    Thanks for the tip on the warranty, I started training again and had some decent results keeping my silicone cock ring on after pumping, my dick hung heavy for well over 24 hours but it subsided by lunch time next day... It would be difficult to buy a metal one right now, keeping this thing of ours secret.

    I will update on how I progress, thank you you for the help man. I really appreciate it.

    Just a thought, have you tried clamping and pumping together?

    It's a good that you are feeling much better.

    The reason I want you wear a metal c-ring is because you can wear it 24 hours a day unless it causes skin friction or something. Non-metal c-rings, you can only wear for 30 mins before there is a risk of tissue damage. I read a c-ring guide on this site and decided on a horseshoe c-ring, actually from a gay shop. I'm straight, so that was a little weird. It was a little expensive for a c-ring but I can wear it all day long excluding bath time and pe time. Never wore it in the gym but you can.

    I'll be honest after a week the c-ring will start irritating the skin if you wear it that much. Perhaps you just need conditioning. Anyways, during these times, you might find some great deals. You don't want your head spinning and thinking that results will come faster if I do this or this.

    My recommendation is to stick with the bathmate, jelq, edging and the c-ring. If you can afford a quality metal c-ring or find a good deal, I would get one even if they can't deliver for a few weeks.

    I've never clamped and generally I don't mix my routine. If you put a cake or a bread in the oven, you gotta give it enough time to finish.
    Sometimes less is more but we all react different to different routines. Just watch your PI's

    how hard are you pumping? I never gained with my bathmate, but sometimes I think I might have been pumping too hard. Maybe I need to pump lightly, and focus on the jelqs. what do you think? I havent used the bathmate in so long, thinking about giving it another try in hope that I finally gain some girth

    For Girth, I have found that pumping on full pressure makes my dick get red spots, and overall it does not seem to like it. I have been building up to medium high pressure with the pump but the jelqing seems to be making the most different and the cock ring has helped, I have also clamped a few times when I could get away with it.

    I noticed a big expansion between from 5.25 & 5.5 girth which felt pretty big after a full session and it wasn't as much fluid between the inner penis and the outer skin - which I think is good. I haven't measured my normal erection yet but I doubt I have really gained from the 12.5CM (4.9 inches). By the mid next day my dick feels rather normal again. Does anyone think I have the potential to achieve a 5.5 girth? I understand that the wisdom in PE means that if it can expand to this, it is a sign of things to come but can we really believe that?

    PE takes time, particularly girth. You can get to 5.5" but it may take a few years. I have been using bathmate along with manual exercises for 11 months now. I've gained about 1/2" in girth and still growing. I started out at similar size to you.

    I also started PE in stealth, but quickly just told my wife. It makes things much easier. Just tell her, she probably won't care.

    Stay consistent and results will come. Girth gains will come with the bathmate. Measure your size 2 months from now once you have done some work with the bathmate.

    A quick update on progress, following the route closely and managing to do it with out my other half knowing..

    I measured a 0.2CM increase in girth this morning before a workout, which given how long I have been pumping is a decent increase.

    I have ordered a metal cock ring, going to see how it goes. I have for now stopped with the stretching exercises, I am going to focus exclusively on girth. I can only be in the bathroom so long.

    When pumping I have managed to achieve up to 13.5CM.

    We had sex after I pumped yesterday, I measure about 5.3 inches which she definitely seemed to enjoy alittle more, we almost broke my office desk.

    I am not going to measure for at least another month, so I will update on measurements then.

    Making gains.

    Since the 1st of May I have consistently measured at 13CM mid girth and 12.5CM base girth which is a significant increase of .3CM's - I double checked over days to make sure.

    Partner hasn't made any comments on my size... Unfortunately! We will press forward.

    Some days, I felt like I have been packing - which feels good!

    For two days I randomly managed to have 13.5CM which I frankly couldn't believe but it did eventually go down.

    I have been reading up clamping which I have done little of if my GF has popped out for food or something, but I have stuck diligently to consistently training missing no training days.

    My dick seems pretty conditioned at moment - veins are more visible, morning glory is good, stronger erections.

    I clamped yesterday and the expansion was good going up to 14.5CM Girth & 20CM's length but this is the maximise I have achieved.

    Anyone experienced with this, is the xpansion a sign of things to come and whats possible?

    @bornstanley - I have been working on using these metal c-rings but it's tricky to get your balls in! How snug should it fit? Feels pretty loose once on.

    Your metal c-ring should feel fairly tight. The C-ring should NOT bounce around. You should be able to sit, walk etc wihtout the c-ring moving too much.
    You should NOT feel that you have to adjust it every 15 min.

    When I bought one, only 3 size options were available and I bought this model. https://www.meo.de/en/cock-ring-peni...size-45_mm_18_

    I'm a little thicker at the base than midshaft, so I got the 55 mm model. I measured before getting one and I was sure that I was too big for it. Turned out I was wrong and I could grow in it. Now I can wear it without the c-ring bouncing. I can also wear it after a pumping session even if it is more snug.

    Basically you put in one ball, then the other and the penis last. Remove it in reverse order.

    Looks like more gains are coming your way.
