    Forgot to post the past few days but was able to finish weekend with more training then took off a day. Yesterday back on with 250 jelqs and 40 v jelqs. I only managed 10 min pumping but my EQ has been sky high the past few days. Will update later today, measurements coming soon

      Havenít been as consistent as I would like to be, but work and life has gotten crazy. Iím getting back to a normal routine but may take time.
      Today I did usual warm up and directional stretches followed by flaccid bends for 30 seconds and internal stretches for 30. I did a quick 5 min pump then moved on to 200 jelqs and 50 v jelqs, finished with 8 min pump and cool down.
      Hopefully Iím back to a normal routine soon and I canít wait till my next measurements!

        Iíve decided to take some time off from PE, Iím gonna take off 2 weeks to let my body recover before incorporating more advanced exercises into my routine. I havenít lost any length and my EQ is crazy high. Iíll update in a week when Iím back on my routine

          Back on the routine today. Took it easy with a 5 min warm up and 30 sec directional stretches, followed by internal stretches and flaccid bends for 20 sec. I only pumped once for 7 min but was able to work up to high pressure. I then did 150 jelqs and 30 v jelqs. Finished with 5 min cool down.
          Iíve been having plenty of fun in the time off with my girl. My EQ is still sky high, but Iím looking to add .25-.5Ē to finally cement my gains.

            Wasnít able to train the past few days. So yesterday I got back into routine. After warm up I managed to do directional stretches for 30 seconds followed by 4 internal and 4 flaccid bends for 20 seconds.
            After stretching a did a 5 min pump followed by 200 jelqs and 40 v jelqs. I finished with a 10 min pump on high pressure. Itís good to be back in routine, my EQ has fallen slightly over my time off, looking to raise it and add a bit more length

              Yesterday was busy but able to get in a quick session. Did warm up and directional stretches with flaccid bends for 20 seconds. Then I moved on to 150 jelqs and 50 v jelqs, finished with a 8 min pump. Been going good past two days and excited to continue routine

                Was pretty busy yesterday so I had to cut my session short. I did a warm up and directional stretches, but had to skip other stretches. I then did 150 jelqs and 40 v jelqs before finishing with a 7 min pump.
                Felt good after these sessions and Iíve already noticed a little growth when Iím with my girl. Hopefully Iíll keep it up for a while.

                  Had to take off some days because of work but back in today with an epic length session! I did a warm up and directional stretches for 30 seconds before I began 3 sets of internal stretches for 20 seconds and 4 Flaccid bends for 20 seconds.
                  After that I did a 5 min pump on medium pressure before working up to 200 slow jelqs and 50 v jelqs. I could really feel the growth and stretch as I work thru session. I then did a 8 min pump on high pressure before a 5 min cool down.
                  Been having great erections recently and seeing more growth. My girl and I have been going at it crazy, after morning sex today I wasnít sure if Iíd be up for PE, but I had a great session and looking forward to tomorrow!

                    After a few off days I got back in the past two days. I was able to do the full routine including the warm up and directional stretches. I added some corkscrews and internal stretches for 30 seconds. After I managed to do a 5 min pump and get up to 200 jelqs and 50 v jelqs. Finished with 10 min pump.
                    Iím glad to be back on and my EQ has dipped a little so hoping getting back to routine helps. Iíll post later today after my session

                    • Been busy this week and not been able to train as much as Iíd like to, but I have been keeping somewhat steady progress. Iíve kept my gains and my EQ hasnít fallen at all, My sex life has never been better! Things seem to be going well for me at moment and I was even able to get to stay at a fancy air bnb with my girlfriendís family and I got some great storyís to tell from that.
                      All in all, Iím just looking to get back to a steady training schedule and hopefully work and family stay good! Be back in a few days with more progress

                          • Was back on the past 3 days, targeted length by doing the normal routine. Iíve added more stretching with cork screws, A stretch, flaccid bends and internal stretches. I think itíll help me with more growth and EQ, Iíve been pumping less often but will still periodically do a quick 5 min pump. Off until Monday then Iíll get back into routine

                            • Took some time off but Iíve been getting back to my routine lately, Iíve decided to focus on girth for the time being because I think Iíve reached my limit in length. Iím just under 7.5Ē so Iíll go back to length in a few weeks, for now Iíll look to improve my girth by stretching, doing compression, horse squeezes and ULI, along with plenty of pumping!

                              • Have been off my routine a bit recently, so I decided to be more focused and dedicate specific days for PE to not interrupt my schedule. Today I targeted length, but went slow, I didnít want to go overboard on my first day back in a while. I did a long warm up in shower followed by 30 sec directional stretches in 5 directions.
                                From there I worked in some corkscrews and flaccid bends for 30 seconds, before I ended up doing 150 slow jelqs and 50 V jelqs. I felt super good so I ended in a 8 min pump on high pressure, the stretch was amazing. Then did my cool down in shower.
                                Iíve been busy with my girl the past few weeks and now winter is arriving, so I imagine weíll be together more. I need my unit in top shape to keep up with her in the sack.
