My Routine (2 days on 1 day off)
Warm up 10 mins
Basic Stretch all directions (5 x 30 seconds each hold)
Side-to-side stretch 200
Bathmate 3 sets 5 mins ( resting in between sets for 2 mins)
Jelq 200 reps
Warm down 10mins
