    My Routine (2 days on 1 day off)

    Warm up 10 mins
    Basic Stretch all directions (5 x 30 seconds each hold)
    Side-to-side stretch 200
    Bathmate 3 sets 5 mins ( resting in between sets for 2 mins)
    Jelq 200 reps
    Warm down 10mins

    Any comments ?

    Are you just starting out? REstarting? Have you done conditioning?

      Hello

      I am REstarting , I have been doing this routine for 1 month now . I have not done conditioning .
      Starting 19/04/20, BPEL: 16.5 cm, EL: 14.5 cm, EG: 14.5 cm

        The Side to Side is a fairly advanced exercise. You may want to pay close attention to PIs. If you feel it is too much doing 200, ease back a little.

          I have Changed my Routine a bit

          10min warm up ( warm up in water 42 degrees C )
          pumping 15 mins ( either bathmate at 15cm or Air pump at 3hg),( Should i be increasing the pressure ? or this time in tube ?or more sets?)
          Jelqing 300 reps ( should i be increasing reps )
          Streach all directions 1 min hold ( not too intense pulling ) ( should i increase time to 1.30)
          Cooldown 5 mins ( sometimes warm water sometime room temperature water )

          I guess adding more to the routine depends on PI's and increase in size
          No increase in length or girth
          PI's are good ( no spotting from pumping )

          Some days i will add side to side stretch

          Sun:Train
          mon:Train
          Tues:Rest
          Wed:Train
          Thu:Train
          Fri:Rest
          Sat:Rest

          Rest for 1 week every six weeks

          Any comments , Am i doing too much and need to back of a little . and maybe just go back to JP90 .
