    Hi, this is my pumping journal that I'll be using for mainly routine and brain dump.

    First real goal is finishing 3x5 half erect. I got sensitive puffy glans that lasted throughout my day off. So today I just pumped for 5 minutes to test the waters. It didn't feel like totally healed so cut it early. Might try again tomorrow if it feels better.

      Ahahaha yea, imagine 125 minutes of pumping for your first session. Should really change it to 3x5.
      I bet it would make a hell of a news story though

        Day 8 3x5 Routine

        Today was good. I was half erect half of the time. Though still trying to cope with handicaps of using BathMate in shower, don't have a bath tub. I have to stand very still, be very mindful of how I hold it. That's why a 5-5-5 session went down like 4-1-1-0.5-2-3 but I'm still happy that my glans were fine today, glad I was easy on myself yesterday. Thanks to this thread, especially this part:

          Oh man, last days were pretty sour. After power outage a RAM went bad. Lots of troubleshooting later I bought an UPS, to fit it where I want it I had to re-arrange the whole room. Still the job is not %100 done.. but I am.

          Day 11 of 3x5

          I've been keeping up with the routine. Although, like I previously said, the sets are more like 4-1-1-2-4-2... minutes. I'm still totaling at least 15 minutes of time under pressure. Keeping it low of course. The way I manage the pressure is I pump > wait 1 minute, if it feels light I pump a tiny bit more > wait 1 minutes... until I feel the pump or until the 5 minute mark. It's not the most optimal suction I could be getting, but it's a fool-proof non-injury way. So in my mind, I'm hedging it.

            I wish I could be more active in the forum, barely finding the time to update the journal. Should be better in a week or so.

            Day 14 of 3x5

            2 on 1 off day. Smooth sessions, positive PIs. Things are good. I finally have a base resistance to go from, meaning; there's a tension level which I feel very comfortable and can go on for a long time. Also I have great EQ lately. All things are showing that I can slowly start training. Now that I can handle the suction better and don't have to be so sensitive to pressure, there's only so much to pay attention to. I'm getting bored in the shower. Next time I'm going to take the phone with me or something.

              Day 17 of 3x5

              Sessions are smooth, things are going well. Took my phone with me, opened a clock sound video. I've been dividing 5 minutes (300 seconds) into three 100 parts at which I pump a little bit more tensity. Kind of like a gradual, leveled sets.
              I've done about 1 minute of erect pump today, felt really good not only physically but also mentally because I've been getting puffy glans, I understand now they are happening because I'm pumping too much on a flaccid rather than pumping little on an erect penis. From now on, I'll try to do half erect light pumping. It's a timely progression; it's better half of the month past and I have 9 pumping sessions left before the month ends. In those 9 sessions, I'll be slowly transitioning to mostly erect pumping.

                Day 19 of 3x5

                Okay, I have like 10 minutes to write this due to my poor time management skills. Things are fine. I started %50-%70 erect pumps, last two sessions were good. It felt better than flaccid ones so I must've been even late to start on that because I was upping the pressure instead of aiming for erect pumps. I feel like this acclimation process was more about acclimating me about how to actually use the pump rather than acclimating my penis to the suction.

                I guess it's just business as usual from here, you know. Just keep it steady, everyday in and out, slowly raising the suction level. Maybe after 2 more weeks like this, I should begin 3 on 1 off. I'll look around for some guides and think about it some time.

                  Day 2 of 25m 2on 1off

                  After some research, I have decided to start block time exercises. Starting from 3x5 where I left off, 15 minutes as block time progressively upping the pressure. Erection %50. Other than that, no immediate PIs good or bad.

                  End game is hitting 25 minutes per set, 5-6 days on 1 day off. That's the max I would do because I just dont like water that much. After that, I'll see where I'm at and decide if I should add manual exercises or maybe an air pump for the sake of convenience.

                    I'm going to change this to "25m 2 on 1 off" from "25m" because I doubt I'll be ever raising it higher than 25, rather just add more pump days.

                    Day 5 of 25m 2on 1off

                    About 1100 seconds today. %50-%60 erection. I realized today that if you pump hard enough, your erection just stays hard. I'm not doing that of course. Usually, at the last minute I push a little bit more to see where's the limit. Never had pain. In one of my first sessions I hit and kept discomfort which gave me puffy glans for 3 days. Never doing that again.
                    Still no PIs though. No puffy glans, turtling, EQ is regular. It would've been nice if there was a clue. I can keep raising the pressure and the time without no negative PIs, that must be good, right?

                      Right... umm.. so.. I measured yesterday. I wasn't going to do it because initially this whole thing wasn't supposed to be goal oriented from my corner. If I started measuring it so early, there was a possibility that if there wasn't any improvement, I might be disappointed. But then, I said I was going to measure it monthly and I take my words very seriously. I think a man doesn't have to make a "promise", if you say you'll do something; that's your promise. So I did it, and I actually gained 1cm = .4 inch, not any girth though. In fact it was couple millimeters smaller which I just wrote off as a mistake. So, if I can record any gains I have to first brake my first measurement mistake girthwise, lol. Still, this kind of gain is identical with my last JP90 gains but like the name suggest, it's 90 days. I just finished my first month.. I don't know. It's legit, though. I measured yesterday, then I measured today which is my rest day. I mean, I'm happy but.. you know.. it's hard to believe.

                      Day 12 of 25m 2on 1off

                      Yesterday I hit my first 25 minutes. It was 5+20 minutes because of some suction problem. I had no pain, some discomfort because I got frustrated about the the bubbles and the loss of suction, I pumped a bit too hard to counter that. No lasting effect. EQ is literally never been better. I used to do some kegelish moves to keep it hard and erect, now it just stays like that. Sometimes, while I'm in the pump, if I'm in the zone I just think about getting hard and it just gets hard. Also, I can pump up to %70 erection which is cool. Like I said before, there isn't much to talk about at this point. I'm over the beginners' hump, it's like a highway from here I imagine.

                        Day 19 of 25m 2on 1off

                        Just finished my session. I'm hitting 25 minutes block time without any feeling of pain. I've been not getting good PIs for a while. Even though I get good EQ when it's erect, takes work to get it erect and my penis felt overall tired. So I kind of gave up on masturbation, at this point I'm not sure how much I'm going to cut. I'll just keep on keeping on as long as I can. I might as well be doing NoFap Hardmode right now. Today was the first session after my decision to not masturbate and it was the best one yet. It was easier to get erect and for a longer time, also pretty much %90~ erection. I did get a red dot on the head. I'm going to be researching deeper into the subject but at the moment I'm thinking of keeping the intensity lower till the spot goes away for good. Around %60-70 erection should be enough. I know it's nothing to be alarmed of but I just don't like that it's there. I'd rather not have red spots, consequently slowing my progress, than to have red spots and/also progress quicker. Other than that, things are good.

                          Day 36 of 25m 2on 1off

                          Red spot is finally fading. I've been taking it easy for the last weeks. After the spots appeared, I took the intensity down around %70 erection. Kept like that for a week or so. After every session I could see red spots stood red, almost had a certain glaze to it. That told me the vessel (I suppose) wasn't totally healed and that vibrant red color of the spot was indeed new blood. That glaze seized to exist. I've been slowly returning back to my old intensity. I'll not further it until the spot is almost completely faded though. I'm expecting another 2 weeks for that.

                          I haven't relapsed with my NoFap thing yet. According to my bullet journal, I've started NoFap in April 9th so almost 3 weeks. It's super weird, though. I don't feel like beating my meat. Thanks to fatigue, it's already beat. Yesterday was my off day, 3 hours later I'm going to start my session of the day. So in this small window of time, I do get some kind of urge. And it's super freaky, I got an unrelenting erection because of that. I didn't know what to do with it, so I just measured it. Unfortunately, there's no gain to speak of. It was 14.5 before, it's like 14.6-7 now. Probably other 1 cm I got was because of EQ from PE and those couple millimeters are because of EQ from NoFap. I'm not complaining of course, very happy with my life overall.

                            Day 37 of 25m 2on 1off

                            Hmm.. well.. I looked into this red spots thing, I should've taken it a bit more seriously I suppose. I have it about 2.5 weeks, that's not ok. I thought I was going slow. I was happy it isn't getting bigger but that's not enough. Some say you should take a couple weeks worth of break. I'm not going to do that because my whole evening schedule is based on PE being a habit. So instead I'm taking it down to %50-60 erection, just like the beginning of this routine. This is how it is for a while now. I'll be doing "recovery" sets until the spot is completely gone which might be days or weeks. Today was the first of it, and it looks pretty ok. It'll definitely heal faster this way.

                            I don't know about the NoFap though. It's sounds cool that I'm doing it, but I was doing it to keep my EQ high in sessions. Since I'm not tiring my penis as I was, I might get monster boners randomly. I don't know how long I can deal with it.

                              Day 66 of 25m 2on 1off


                              Red bane of my dick's existence continues to hex me.. I can't believe it's been almost a month and the red spot still hasn't faded. The way I've been pumping is basically putting my penis in hot water tube, suction is almost beginner level. It's been almost gone but I've decided to take a break until it's completely faded.
                              I understand now that a break should've been my first reaction to persistent red spots. If I had taken a break it would've faded much sooner and I could've continued with more intensity than what I have been doing for all along. But I had to give my earlier decision a fair chance to work before changing my mind. I'm just happy I learned a lesson that only took away from my time and nothing else.

                              So today, plus whenever the red spot fades will be a break.
