  • Vanitas' Hanging Progress Log

Hey guys, this will be my first post here

    Quick backstory:

I found this forum a few years ago now and have been interested in PE ever since despite never trying it for myself. About a year ago I bought a Bathmate as it seemed like a fun way to get into PE which went well until some lymph fluid issues made me take a break. I had the mentality that if I broke the streak then I was practically starting over so I stupidly quit for a while. I always procrastinated by saying 'I can always gain an inch next year' but decided to dedicate myself to the hanging process as length is my primary goal. I bought a Bib Hanger last week and have been hanging since.

    As of 05/03/2020 my stats:

    5' BPEL
    5' MEG
    5' BEG

My 1 year goal is to gain an inch in length (6') as I'm happy with my girth currently.
My long term goal is to gain 2 inches in length (7') at which point I say I'd stop but let's be honest I don't think you can just quit.

    Week 1:

    04/27 - 3x20 3lbs
    04/28 - 3x20 3lbs
    04/29 - 3x20 3lbs
    04/30 - 3x20 4lbs
    05/01 - 3x20 4lbs
    05/02 - 3x20 4lbs
    05/03 - 3x20 4lbs

I went to 4lbs quickly as I could easily handle it. My plan onward is to increase the weight 1lb every week until I start to feel fatigue at which point I will increase the length of sets to 30 minutes each so that I reach 10 hours total per week. I do not expect to see length gains for the first month which is completely fine if I make knowledge gains.

I will be adding to my log every week and updating monthly to report any gains.

    Hi Vanita
Sounds cool Hanging every day for a week is tuff. How often will you let your member have a day off? When I have been hanging for 2-3 days in a row, my penis really needs a break.

I'm taking Bib's advice and not taking any breaks unless it's completely necessary.

          Week 3:

          05/11 - 3x30 6.5lbs
          05/12 - 3x30 6.5lbs
          05/13 - 3x30 7.5lbs
          05/14 - 3x30 7.5lbs
          05/15 - 3x30 7.5lbs
          05/16 - 3x30 7.5lbs
          05/17 - 3x30 8.5lbs

Increase sets to 30 minutes each, I know I said I wouldn't jump weights but I just decided to listen to my body and add weight as it was still comfortable.

Bib recommends 20 mins session, Some PE vets also recommend 10-15min session instead. Just be careful.

I think I'll switch back to that when I increase the weight and start feeling the fatigue to avoid injury.

Did 6x20 today at 8lbs and feels much better, will stick to 20 minute sets from now on.

Did 6x20 at 8lbs again yesterday and still didn't hit fatigue, listening to body and upped it again to 9lbs today for 3x20 and fatigue still not hit, will continue to use this weight for the rest of the week and see body's reaction.

                    Week 4:

                    05/18 - 3x20 8.5lbs
                    05/19 - 6x20 8.5lbs
                    05/20 - 6x20 8.5lbs
                    05/21 - 3x20 9.5lbs
                    05/22 - 3x20 9.5lbs
                    05/23 - 3x20 9.5lbs
                    05/24 - 3x20 9.5lbs

First month measurements is 5' 1/2 meaning I've gained 1/2 of an inch in my first month which I'm finding hard to believe as I did not hit fatigue and I wasn't expecting anything. I have measured many times and have never been above 5 exactly. Maybe my measuring was inconsistent however I'll remeasure tomorrow to verify.

Ok I measured again today before hanging and I'm still getting 5.5 inches bone pressed measuring from the top which is what I was always doing before which would suggest 0.5 inches in my first month. I believe this is next to impossible so I'm just going to take this measurement with a grain of salt and see what next months measurement is before making a judgement.

                        Week 5:

                        05/25 - 3x20 9.5lbs
                        05/26 - 3x20 11lbs
                        05/27 - 3x20 11lbs
                        05/28 - 3x20 11lbs
                        05/29 - 3x20 11lbs
                        05/30 - 3x20 11lbs
                        05/31 - 3x20 11lbs

Seems as though I'm still not hitting fatigue, I tried OTS hanging with 2lbs using my vac hanger and hit fatigue within an hour, maybe I should incorporate OTS in morning sessions.

Did 3x20 11lbs again today, will increase to 12lbs tomorrow. I also added 3x2 hours of OTS hanging with my vac hanger at 3lbs, I have yet to feel fatigue at 11lbs BTC however within an hour of hanging 3lbs OTS I hit fatigue within an hour. I will continue to add 6 hours of 3lbs OTS hanging to emulate light tension extending on top of my hanging.

Congrats on your gains. So you are using the bib hanger and a vac hanger? I've been hanging with a vac hanger for two months...about two hours a day...have gained a little over a quarter of an inch in length.

Thank you! I've used the Bib for 5 weeks every day and only just introduced a vac hanger yesterday but at a low weight for long hours so I'm basically using it as an extender. Congrats on your gains also.
