    Well it's long overdue.

    And here it is.


    My routine is as follows:

    10 Minutes warm up with rice sock
    5 minute stretch in the shower, all directions.
    10 minutes Jelquing.
    50 Kegels Slow reps.
    10 minute warm down.

    Now i've been toying with different things and I believe that the number of Jelqs aren't important, it's really the time.

    I usually do anywhere from 200-250 in 10 minutes which I think is perfect.

    I'm going to start with a 1 day on, 1 day off routine.

    On June 18th i'll see if I want to go to a 2 on 1 off routine. We'll see.

    This progress log will also serve as a journal. I figure i'm not only changing my sex life with PE, but changing myself as a person.

    That being said I should disclose my begging life stats ;P

    I'm a 21 year old Medical School Student

    I'm a big flirt, and usually I get what I want. I've broken numerous hearts and while I realize that it's a bad thing, I would not take back anything. I've learned so much from the women in my life and I am grateful for the experience. Recently i've ended a sexual relationship with an older woman that was growing too attached. For the first time in a long time, it hurt me just as much as it hurt her. I've told myself that I won't have sex with anyone this summer, I plan to focus on getting to know myself. I see PE as an escape and a way to keep my mind out of trouble.

    Recently a co worker of mine has shown interest in hanging out, and like the type of guy that I am, I quickly set up a movie night.

    The entire night, I did not make a move and we watched two awesome movies. It was liberating to have a female friend that I wasn't having sex with. We hungout a couple more times, and randomly as I was taking her home she asked me to keep going down the road. She had "Something to show me"

    Long story short we went to a place where you could see the entire city and she told me she likes to come out there when she needs to think. It was better than sex, and she didn't even touch me.

    We're going to San Francisco tomorrow, i'll keep you guys updated.

    I've been sexless for about two weeks.

    Routine at 2 AM before bed.

    I wonder if the time has an effect on the progress.

    Good routine, kept my erection level as low as I could.

      Woke up with no morning wood, but the ease of erection was there and my flaccid was very engorged.

      We'll see what this means.

        GTAmute - good to see you using your intuition with things like days off.

        I was very blinkered when I started & took no breaks for 6 months - I believe I missed some gains as a result.

          From what i've seen, breaks are definitely needed.

          I'd rather work out 16 days a month and get that extra rest, than 20 times and push my way to the goal.

            Wed May 19th

            Edged last night for about 10 minutes.

            I think what I experience when spasming and not ejaculating is a weak form of Dry Orgasm. I'll practice more later.

            Woke up this morning with a little bit of morning wood, encouraging that it's coming back after the first session.

            Today i'll try doing my workout earlier in the day, directly after I workout in the gym.

            Edit: Watched porn for the first time in a long time last night, EQ went through the roof. Why is that so different than when masturbation without porn?

            Post Gym:

            10 minute warm up (Rice Sock)
            5 Minute strech
            10 Minute Jelq (Erection level at around 7 o clock, just enough to feel the expansion below the Glans when replacing the next hand)
            50 Kegels, held under the glans to feel the feed back
            10 minute warm down.

            Time to go to San Fran ;D

              Woke up with morning wood. Good sign.

              San Fran was amazing. Haven't liked being in the company of someone i'm not fucking in a long time.

                  Friday May 21st-

                  Woke up and couldn't make the morning wood go away. Good sign.

                  I've got work soon, so i'll hit the gym and then PE afterwards.

                  So many chores to do around the apartment. zzzzzz

                    Medical school, thats awesome dude. Maybe you can shed some extra light on the science behind PE.

                    I didnt see your starting stats. And what is your objective?

                      I'll edit.

                      As for the medical science behind PE, i've been searching for the answers. It all makes sense though if you read between the lines.

                      Like all muscles, the smooth muscle tissue in your genitals has the potential to grow and become stronger. If there is one thing that I can say for sure, it's that warming up is incredibly important to ANYTHING strenuous in order to see results. That's a no brainer.

                      Only in my first year, but i'm sure with the incoming knowledge i'll be able to shed much more light on our journey.

                          Flaccid hang is a little less than normal, tomorrow I will ease up on the grip when Jelqing.
