OK so here it goes i started my journey with PE MAY1 2020 I READ A LOT about it and ordered the full kit from @TOTALMAN which I'm still waiting and excited to start with on the meanwhile i decided to start with manual exercises and when i started (MAY 1 2020) i only had 5.25 EL and 4.25 EG
TODAY May 16 i measure 5.5 EL AND 4.5 EG am so excited to start my PE JOURNEY
TODAY workout 5 min warmup with warm towel
5min stretch and jelquing
followed by 20 min 70% erect jeqling and 100 kegels
will probably do more kegels at night and maybe jelly i usually do 5 days workout followed by 2 days rest
i also do long edging sessions with my flashlight and i feel my erections are getting stronger
